Criminal Record Checks can be done online with a credit card ($10 fee) by clicking here. You may also download the Criminal Record Check and mail it with the $10 fee.
Once you receive the copy of your criminal record check, you must send a copy of that clearance, along with the completed Child Abuse Clearance form ($10 fee) to the proper address for complete clearance.
When you receive the Child Abuse Clearance in the mail, please make a copy of both clearances and
bring them to the next coaches' meeting.
