Not as much is known about the Rickards as is known about the Kauffmans. However, there were many marriages between the Rickards and the Kauffmans and their kin. There are early records of Rickards in Switzerland, Germany, and England - we just haven't connected to the European Rickards as yet. If the early Rickards were not Mennonites or Huguenots, I imagine they were sympathetic to these groups.
