She wishes to sell her Historical Villa on Lake Como the �Villa Edo� commissioned by the Italian Author Umberto Notari (1879-1950).
The Villa Edo dominates the little town of Varenna, "the pearl of Lake Como" and was commissioned by the Italian writer, Umberto Notari (1879-1950) it was his jewel, and just how much he loved it can be construed from the fact that all his books had a small painting of the Villa on the inside cover, that together with his Poems which describe the beauty of the area.

The Villa Edo is situated on Lake Como with an incredibly beautiful panorama of the Centre Lake and dominates Varenna and Bellagio. The collocation is particularly fortunate in that it enjoys magnificent views of the Lake without being situated on the Lake shore, which traffic and tourists render less peaceful. It�s dominating position provides the owner with peace, beauty and sunshine all day long. The area is quite but not isolated in a tiny Village with a Convent and a small 10th century Church.
