All malamute fanciers are
welcome to become PVAMA members.
Whether you are interested in showing, hiking, sledding, agility,
obedience or just enjoying life with your Malamute, you will find friendly
camaraderie and support. Candidates for membership
should attend one or more events to become familiar with club activities and
in order to get to know two members who can serve as sponsors. Applications are available from the club

Purpose: · To have free and open discussion of all matters
affecting the Alaskan Malamute · To disseminate and exchange information leading to a
better and proper understanding of the breed among members as well as the
general public · In so far as possible, this organization will support
or sponsor activities that will lead to the enhancement of the Alaskan
Malamute as a show dog, a working dog and a companion · It will provide a social setting through activities
such as meetings, match shows, sled racing, obedience, show handling classes
and such other media that will encourage a better understanding among
individual owners, breeders and handlers. |
