At the Grand Riviera, in Sarasota, FL, the Michigan crew on floor 2 wanted ceilings.
First I had to smooth the 'knock down' texture finish common to Florida.
Looking up, on a baker, skimming compound and sanding with a palm sander.   What a great 3 wks.
Finally we paint.  Steves crew spays the base coat.  I perform the magic.
