Cardio Kickboxing
I have been participating in Cardio
Kickboxing for the past several years. I work out at the Arizona Family Karate Academy.
Some of the things I do at Cardio Kickboxing include stretches, kicks,
squats, lunges, and punches. Cardio Keeps me in great shape and gives
me an opportunity to meet many interesting people.
I also volunteer at the academy. Some of the things I do while
