| This paint scheme is a direct copy of an R/C plane called the Top Flite ELDER as shown on the cover of the model's box. A friend of mine, Dave Fiser, claims to paint "anything that doesn't move". So together we worked out an agree-ment where I wouldn't move my plane until he finished painting it. I think he did a fine job. |

| I always liked the nostalgia of WWI fighthers, so I decided to paint my warbird "wannabe" to look like a plane of that era. The Roundels and stripes of the British & French military colors seemed appropriate. A good-looking plane flies better anyway, don't you think so? |
