MAT 124 PRE-CALCULUS
Functions and graphs, including linear, polynomial, logarithmic and exponential functions; complex numbers and theory of equations; binomial theorem; mathematical induction; trigonometric fuctions, their basic properties and graphs; identities; inverse trigonometric fuctions; solving trigonometric equations; de Moivre's theorem.
Prerequisite: A course in plane geometry and one of the following: (a) A grade of C or better in MATH 105 or equivalent.
Note: Students may not earn more than five credits of any combination of MAT110, MAT113, and MAT124.
