| Iowa State usually promotes several social events such as International Week or I-week to help locals and foreign students learn each other's cultures. This event usually takes place once a year and it showcases foreign culturs from different worlds. And of course when it comes to presentation, we Filipinos don't hesitate to show our talents or culture and so the result, we participated in the event's features. These events include a model show which showcases the national costumes of each country who participated, a talent such as dancing or singing and of course who could forget the food.
