| My band had a chance to show off when we went to Milwaukee, Wisconsin to compete in the battle of the bands held by the Indonesian Association there. Although we didn't go home with a trophy, we did go home with a lot of experience. The trip itself was fun and we had every opportunity to mingle with the locals and a couple bands from other states. I think the competition also had an impact because after that, Band 8 have been striving more to provide better and freshier entertainment for the Ames community. However we still have yet to improve, I think we have gained a lot in the short time the band has been together. Here are some images of that eventful night... |
