The Patriot Act and the SECRET Patriot Act II (Domestic Security Enhancement Act 2003) completely destroys what is left of AmeriKan "Liberty". Today, I am able to speak on a 100% factual level when I say the first, third, fourth, and fifth amendments have literaly been RULED OUT by the "Patriot" act legislations, leaving the second, seventh, and tenth amendments damaged but not 100% inactive. According to the first "Patriot" act the definition of a "terrorist" is anyone who "endagers human life that is a (in) violation of ANY federal or state law" (Section 802). This means that even J-Walking is a terrorist act, and can result in encarceration withuot trial, for any length of time. In the future most any P.O.W. outreach programs will be considered a terrorist advocate network. This means that if your comrade gets locked up under the federal governments new powers the "patriot" act gives them, and you even let someone know your comrade is locked away, or missing, then that in itself is a violation of federal law. Also under the second "Patriot" act, any organization that has "hostilities" towards the government can be listed as a "terrorist" group. Most likely the organization doesnt even have to have "hostile" fealings towards the government or their policies, the government has the power to pretty much list any group as "terrorist". Once a group is listed as a terrorist group, they can take away every single member, AND supporters citizenship away. This means if the federal government decided to list the National Alliance for example as a "terrorist group"for their anti-government stance, then every single member, and anyone who has ever donated to them, or supported them in any way, can be deported to wherever the government chooses. Who knows where the government even sends people whom they take citizenship away? There are many many more key concepts with the "Patriot" act that are relevent in completely destroying what is left of AmeriKan liberty. The Patriot Act and the Patriot Act II pose a profound threat to White survival, our birthrights, our struggle, our freedom, our right to choose, and any victory we may seek. BUT there is a new bill that we can fight to get passed, that is the SAFE act, also known as the last thread of freedom. The Patriot Act secures the abilty to push forth a one world government and destroy any possble resistance to their tyranny, the SAFE act can protect us from this horror.
