http://www.womeninworldhistory.com/lesson7.html

In this site, it talks about the role of women in the industrial revolution. It also talks about what women did during the industrial revolution. The working conditions for women this time were harsh. They were very unsanitary and extremely dangerous. Women now worked in factories or mines. They worked in the textile factories, they were seamstresses, or they worked at home. This whole site is on women in history, with just that section on the industrial revolution that breaks off into a few more sections.  This sight isn’t that good for just facts on the industrial revolution, but more on women in history in other parts. Some of the categories for this site include, Biographys, Lessons, Essays, Reviews on books, Qs and As, About the directors page, Links, Showcase and Online store. These detailed sections branch off into other, more specific categories.  Women have come a very long way since these days. Woman did not have suffrage. They were unable to vote and also had very little rights, today, women are equal, the can vote and do about anything they want. If one is interested in women in history this is a site to check out, not for industrialization.

This dot edu site talks about the Agricultural Revolution as well as the Industrial Revolution. There are paragraphs and paragraphs on information. There are only a few links on this site unlike some of the other ones. Some of the topics on this website include the failures of the industrial/ agricultural revolution but mostly the strategies of them. Each section is separated into many large paragraphs, about seven or eight lines each explaining about each topic. With this giant source of information, you are bound to find something you did not know, know, find interesting, or even expansions on something you already knew. Although this site is a very good source to find information about the industrial and agricultural revolution although it may take some time to find specific material because of the difficult viewing of nothing but text. Overall, this site is a good source.
