VISION of Disdokkes Polri

To be the Indonesian Police Medical Institution which has high Reputation and Credibility in carrying out medical efforts related to police duties and in providing Health Service for the police community and the public.

MISSION of Disdokkes Polri

1. Carrying out medical efforts related to police duties, in:
   
   a) The management and application of The Police Medicine in order to support the Indonesian Police duties in:

   (1) The just and clean Law Enforcement which highly respect the Human Rights.
   (2) The maintenance of Law and Order of the Country.

   b) The management and application of The Police Medical Fitness in order to support the Police personnel management Polri including:

(1) Preparation of the Police personnel to fulfil the Medical Standard for the Police profession.
(2) Maintenance of the Medical Fitness of the Police Personnel.

2. Providing Health Care Service in order to :
   
   a) Gain the optimal health status of The Police Community.
   b) Assist the improvement of The Public health status.
