Q. Where are we located?
A. We are located at 44 Gopher Trail in Laurens,SC 29360.
Q. Is the person who services my computer qualified and certified?
A. Yes, I have been working on computers for over five years now, I have been certified as a technician since 2005.
Q. What types of payments do we accept?
A. We currently accept cash, money order, personal check*, and PayPal payments. At this time we can not accept credit card payments but are working towards being able to accept these types of payments soon.
Q. What area do we currently service?
A. We are currently only able to service the following counties: Laurens, Greenvile, Spartanburn, Newberry, and Greenwood. I will be expanding my operating area soon.
Q. How long does it take for my computer to be repaired?
A. In most cases, depending on the specific problem, I can have the computer repaired within one to two business days. This is under normal circumstances when there is not a high volume of customers needing service/repairs. Some instances will require more time in order to complete the repair/service. I will notify you when you drop-off the component of the specific amount of time that I will need to fix the problem.
Q. What happens if you are unable to fix my computer?
A. If I am unable to fix the computer for some reason you will not owe me anything. You can come retrieve your computer and have no balance on your account. I offer a 100% satisfaction guaranteed which entitles you to a refund or exchange in the event of not being completely satisfied with our service.
