Vankar

Within the tombs of the Algalord chronicles there lies the tale of the despicable wizard of darkness, Vankar. At a young age he witnessed the death of his parents by way of a bolt of lightning from the heavens. Thus began his hate for the unknown powers of nature. Though, Vankar did not just shake his fist at the sky and curse the Gods. He found that the only way to satify his vengful needs was to learn everything about this omnipotnet opponent. Through studies and the dark arts he found increasing useful ways to hack into secret of the natural world and eventually control it only to therefore destroy it. When he couldn't learn any more from his enemy he summoned the most evil in the lands and taught them the ways of destroying life which he believed would eventually also kill the lifeforce of the planet. The Gods were enraged by the dark times that followed and decided to fight fire with holy justice. The mightiest of the Gods created a human champion to rid the world of this fiend. Though the armies of Justice won the war in the end Vankar somehow escaped into the very heavens which the Gods thought they controled. Vankar realized that the Gods couldn't be defeated by something they created therefore he searched the world and eventually other dimensions for a way to win his own personal battle...

A disciple of Hell in the purest form, Vankar feeds on merciless acts of violence and treachery. He loves to play with his weaker opponents or should I say victims. He doesn't chose a team and will only listen to someone is there is a power to be gained from them. His age is unknown as is the extent of his experiences for it is said that he is cheating death by controling nature before it controls him...
