The boys have been together for over 2 years, but have been quite busy with their studies and have not been able to perform on a regular basis; this seemingly is about to change. A fan base has begun to build as their local performances have evidently had an effect on some listeners.
James, the guitarist and Chris, the bassist, belt out some powerful chord progressions with awe-inspiring lyrics that get the crowd pumping every time. Jaime, on the drums, employs formulaic drum rolls that have an outstanding influence on the bands overall live sound and always get the crowds heart racing when heard. With popping bass lines and fanciful guitar riffs, the toe-tapping trio are hard to turn away from.
Their recently released Demo CD has four masterful songs on it, with two new tracks soon to be added. Played live, PYL capture a raw and unique sound and are visually stunning. This only adds to the bands growing influence on listeners. PYL can be found playing on occasion with many local bands at The Arthouse in the city and at various other venues around Melbourne.
