Well, it seems the Vet made a bad deal. She had helped with the delivery of a litter of German Shepherds, and the people who owned the dogs couldn't afford to pay her. So, she got a puppy instead and that's where we found Bear. For the cost of the Vet bill, we took him home. He has grown and grown and then he grew a little more. Actually, he's still growing! He's beautiful, in a German Shepherd sort of way, but he left his brain cells with his littermates. We love him anyway.
