i believe in God
but not as an old man
sitting on a cloud
nor as a black woman
dressed in colourful clothes
it's something bigger
something more powerful
it's not human
and it's not an animal
it's not something we have created
God to me is something more
something we can't explain
something we don't know the answers to
it might be as little as a raindrop
and it might surround us and the whole universe
i don't know how my God looks like
and i don't want to know
i just want it to be there for me
listen to me and guide me
and comfort me when im alone
