| I'd like to tell you that your presence here is valued, giving me a warm fuzzy feeling inside. I'd like to tell you that I'd love to hear from you. I'd even like to tell you that I'd love to hear your feedback on my work here. But I can't because frankly I don't care unless you're having fun and sending me messages to tell me how wonderful I am. I just like to hear that. Anyways. This place needs explaining. This is somewhere where I like to vent my feelings of bitterness, loathing and inadequacy to you, the ever-receptive, often bemused and occasionally angry audience. The opinions and ideas expressed in this site are not, however, in case you hadn't noticed, intended to be taken entirely seriously. I wouldn't insult your intelligence, but I've had some hate mail and death threats recently and the postman is getting fed up with having to lug the sackful of letterbombs up the path every morning. My opinions and sense of humour may amuse, irritate or mystify you, but I know there are some people out there who think it is funny to brutally murder people they don't like or don't understand. Lynch mobs went out of fashion in the 19th century. There's always someone who has to go and spoil it all for everyone else. The truth is, it took years of medical meddling to get me like this. You should be glad: someone cares about you enough to create over years in a laboratory someone who will lead you from the stupor of you poor savages to the glory of higher beings. How many people can say that? Please leave me alone. |
