| Hey everyone, how have you been? I've been ok. I got the best news on Valentine's Day. I got offered a 1979 Mercury Grand Marguies Stationwagon that runs for $150. I have been without a car of my own for about 14 months now. It will be so nice not to have to make an appointment to borrow a car or send others to the store. It just needs a tire and some muffler work. I haven't seen it yet but I trust the people that has it. It's blue with a wood panel down the side and has two seats in the back that pop up. So, while it's not the minivan I was wanting it will seat 7-8 people. My daycare is on the road again. I'm so glad. We can take field trips now like we used to. Well, that is on of my goals out of the way. I can concetrate on paying off several bills ahead of time and hopefully be able to refinanice the house by next spring. The note will be three years old by then. My kids are still low but both boys are working and paying their own bills now. I haven't had to borrow from them yet and that feels good. My youngest is so proud of having a job. He is able to use his own money to get me things for holidays and such. He got me a vase and a hammer for V-day. I really needed the hammer. My oldest said he was going to get me an opital mouse for the computer. They are such good boys. They really listen when I talk about what I need or want. I love pracital gifts. And tools are on the top of my wish list. I got two more pen-pals. I hope they stick around this time. I always warn them that I write long e-mails. They seem to be very nice men, both in their fifties. They live a long ways off, but that is good. I don't need a phyical realationship right now, just a good pen-pal to write to. Oh yeah, If you been to the first page you might have noticed that I won the golden web award. I'm very proud. I'm going to see what other awards I can get. Talk at ya later. |
