Purple Paper's favorite hobby is dancing Folklorico. Folklorico is traditional Mexican dance. Purple Paper dances at Tradicion Dance Company. (www.tradiciondc.com). Purple Paper has been dancing for almost six years. She started when she was seven. A group that Purple Paper looks up to is Puro Corazon. Not only this group, but Resurreccion Mexican Folk (www.resumexicanfolk.com). As far as costumes, Purple Paper has eleven costumes, all portraying a different state, or region, through the dance. Every year, Purple Paper goes to an event every year where dance companies from everywhere around the world come together and dance/take classes with a new teacher. This very big event is called Danzantes Unidos (https://danzantes.org/).
Writing
When Purple Paper writes, she feels as though she can express herself in ways that verbally, just wouldn't be the same. At the moment,Purple Paper is writing a story about a girl whose best friend dissapears. It is called "Last Summer". In the story, there are many plot twists and
twist and turns that will keep you at the edge of your seat. Purple Paper has enjoyed writing ever since she was about seven. However, when she was seven, the stories weren't all that good. She got into writing when she got her first notebook for her birthday. In this book, she would write stories
and daily entry logs, like a diary. Then as she got older, she began to write more and more complicated stories with actual plots. Purple Paper very much enjoys writing, and this inludes essays and reports as well. When writing essays and reports, she enjoys them because Purple Paper likes to research and likes to type, so when there are essays and reports Purple Paper gets excited.
