The Journey...
As I paid for my membership, I was a little scared.  I wondered if I could really do this. My pants size is a 16 and looking at my hips, sure  this will work.
The first week was tough.  Everyday I went over my points, but if I hadn't been on Weight Watchers, it would have been even worse.

3/21/02 - Wow these last few days were rough.  I went over the points twice this week by 3 points.  It seems like a pms thing.  Any suggestions?  Well tomorrow will be a better day and I will get to the gym.

3/23/02 - Just got back from the doctor.  Due to hypoglycemia and low blood pressure, I have to eat before I go to the gym and after.  After my last work out, my blood pressure went so low, I almost fainted.

However, working out is so invigorationg and it does boost up those points, so I'll adjust my diet.  Remember if you start exercising and you feel dizzy, short winded or any other concerns, consult your doctor.
4/1/02 - Wow, did I hold my breath when I got on that   scale after this holiday week.  Okay .8 pounds lost.  At least it didn't go up.
4/8/02 - Whew, what a rough week, but still a .4 loss.  Plus, I earned a book mark for losing 5.2 pounds total!  This week I am going to try to eat 2 points less.  Right now I use all the points at the top of my scale (Range - 20-25 Points).
4/15/02 - Lost 2 more pounds for a grand total of 7.2 pounds.  It was actually amazing considering that I didn't get to exercise this week.  My next mini goal is 10 pounds.
4/22/02 - Gained one pound.  Wow--that calzone just wasn't worth it!!!  Okay, this is a new week--back on track.
4/29/02 - YAY! Lost a whole 4 pounds this week!
7/06/02 - Okay, some time has passed, but I'm still here losing slowly.  June was rough with birthdays and parties, but July will be a great month!

Current pant  size:  12
10/14/02 It has been a while.  I got stuck in a rut.  Now that I went back to journaling, the weight is coming off.
