“So you’re telling me that I might be committed of murder?” Nik asked Alexis.

“Nikolas, your finger prints were on the gun, now I know that you didn’t do this but it’s going to be difficult to prove that you didn’t” Alexis told her nephew honestly. Nik dropped his head, things were happening so fast.

“Zander, you have to find Zander Smith.” Nik said looking up.

“We have all our sources looking for him son, you just need to stay calm.” Stovros reassured his son as he stood by his sister and brother.

“We need to get back to work on getting you out Nikolas, we’ll be back.” Stefan said. Nik nodded his head. After his family left, Nikolas laid his head on the bed in his holding cell, he looked up when the door opened and the guard said he had a visitor. He jumped up when his brother walked in.

“Did you tell her?” Nik asked.

“She already knew.” Lucky said.

“I wish I could be there to help her get through his.” Nik said sadly.

“Nikolas there’s something I have to tell you, she thinks you did it.” Lucky said quietly.

“She what?!” Nik exclaimed.

“Her brother Marcus is the cop who arrested you, he told her that you did it and she believes him.” Lucky said.

“Oh god, I have to see her. She has to know that I didn’t to it.” Nik said Nik said with tears in his eyes.

“I tried telling her bro, she’s just really scared right now.” Lucky said. Nik nodded.

“You have to help me Lucky, please I have to see my wife and tell her the truth.” Nik pleaded.

“I’ll figure out a way Nikolas, I promise you.” Lucky said. Nik nodded and smiled slightly at his brother.

“Thank you.” He said softly.
