Pushed Away CH 3
Nik was on the phone with a very important call when Gia came down to tell him that she was leaving. She waited and waited outside his door for him to finish when she finally heard him slam the phone down (which he seemed to be doing a lot lately) and entered the room.
“Hey, you busy?” She asked. “Nope not really, why?” Nik asked. “I just wanted to let you know that I’m going to Luke’s with Lucky tonight.” Gia said. “Oh good” Nik said. Gia’s eyebrows knitted at Nik’s last comment, and he actually noticed. “I mean, I think you’ll have a good time.” “It’s way better then staying here and doing nothing right?” He asked. "Yeah, whatever!" Gia said starting to leave. “Gia wait!” Nik called out. She turned around to see Nik’s apologetic face looking at her. “What Nikolas?” She asked. “Gia I….” Nik stammered. “I wanted to say I’m sorry for earlier.” “I just had a long day and it’s not over yet.” “I’m just so busy.” “But I shouldn’t have taken my frustration out on you.” Nik said. Walking up to her, Nikolas reached out and touched her cheek; the feel was like an addiction for him. Her skin, so soft and smooth, he just loved to touch it. "Gia, I’m really sorry." Nik said as he leaned in and kissed her. When they pulled away Gia looked up at him. “Nikolas, Lucky helped me understand that you're under a lot of stress right now and that maybe in a while things will calm down a little and we can go back to our normal lives.” Gia said. “I would love for that happen Gia and I think it will soon.” “Good!” Gia said and leaned in to kiss him. Seconds before their lips touched Nik’s phone rang. Gia rolled her eyes. “I’ll come in to say good-bye before I leave OK?” Gia said in the doorway. “You better!” Nik said with a smile.
Nik was once again on the phone when Gia came down the stairs a few minutes before 7:00. He stopped mid sentence when he saw what Gia was wearing. She had decided to go kind of punkish, with black leather pants that fit her so tight it made Nik's throat go dry. They had orange and yellow flames going up the sides of the legs, she wore them with a black tank top, witch showed off her tightly trimmed waist and some clunky low top combat type boots. Her hair was pulled up in a big ponytail on the top of her head witch caused her braids to spill out onto her shoulders. As she walked towards him, Nik could see glitter twinkling all over her body. She looked absolutely adorable.
“I…I…I have to go!, I’ll call you back.” Nik said to the man on the other end of the line. He knew he shouldn’t get off the phone but he had to. Nik hung up the phone ignoring the man's protest.
“Well what do you think??” Gia said as she spun around with her arms out. But she could tell by the look on his face that she looked good. “Gia…. you look amazing!” Nik said. He had seen her in lots of outfits before and she looked incredible in all of them. He just couldn’t believe how beautiful she was. Every time she walks in to a room his heart stops.
The gap between Gia’s pants and her shirt that revealed her tummy, shimmered with glitter and Nik had such an urge to lick all of it off, circling her navel with his tongue.
Gia slowly walked closer to him going a little week in the knees at the lust he had in his eyes. She stopped right in front of him and smiled like a child that just got her way. Nik grabbed her face with both of his hands and kissed her with such passion, Gia had to steady herself on the desk to stay standing. “Are you sure you have to work?” Gia asked when he finally pulled away. Oh god he didn’t want to work! He wanted to make love to her all night long and forget about the all this Cassadine carp. But then his uncles loving face popped into his head with a look of pride at the work her needed to get done and he just couldn’t not do it. “Gia you know I don’t want to work but I have to.” Nik said with a sad look in his eyes. “I know…” Gia said.
When Mrs. Landsberry escorted Lucky into the office, Nikolas was about to wring his brother’s neck at the way his eyes widened when he saw Gia. “Gia you look incredible!” Lucky said walking towards her. Nik pulled her into him with his arm as if to show Lucky that she was his. “Yes she does, doesn’t she?” Nik said, and then kissed her cheek. "You sure you don’t want to come?" Lucky asked. “You know I can’t bro.” Nik said. "Yeah well I thought I’d ask" “So you ready to go?” Lucky said, turning to Gia. “Yep!” She said with a smile. “I can’t wait to get out of this house!” “Lets go!” Nik just about lost it when he saw Lucky grab Gia’s hand, leading her out the door but then reminded himself that this will be a good thing for him. “Bye guys, have fun!” Nik said. He was about to sit down again after the door shut when Gia came running in and planted a powerful kiss on his lips. “I’ll miss you.” Gia said when she pulled away, looking into his eyes. “I’ll miss you too Sparky!" Nik said as he laid his forehead against hers. “But you’ll have fun and I’ll see you when you get back.” He said giving her a quick kiss before she pulled away. “I love you.” She said at the door. “I love you too Sparky!” Nik said with a smile.
