Eternal Darkness

Gia sat in the back of the black Rolls Royce sneaking quick glances at the stranger next to her. She couldn’t believe that she went with him. The car stopped at a huge home, it almost reminded her of the castle that she had been spending so much time in lately. She looked over at the blond man to her side and smiled. “Your rich?” She asked. Lucky smirked. “You could say that.” He shrugged. Gia nodded her head slowly. “I don’t even know your name.” Gia commented. Lucky smiled. “It’s Lucky.” He said, picking up her hand and kissing it. Gia looked away. “What’s wrong?” Lucky asked. “You remind me a lot of someone. Very sophisticated and polite, also very intense.” She blushed as he kept her gaze away from him. “You are so beautiful…” Lucky looked at her with an anticipating look. “Gia.” She gave him. “Gia… a beautiful name for a beautiful woman. It’s a pleasure to meet you. Lets go inside and warm up.” He said. Gia nodded her head and stepped out of the car. Lucky took her hand and led her up the long driveway in front of his home, jogging to get out of the rain.

When Gia stepped into the home, she was impressed by the décor. She looked up to see high vaulted ceilings with dark wood crown moldings, white walls, lots of wood and stone everywhere. It was very masculine yet inviting and warm at the same time. Lucky immediately went to start a fire going in the fireplace and Gia stood, still dripping in the entryway. “I’m not sure what I can give you to change into. Wait I think I have something.” Lucky ran upstairs. Gia watched him move so quickly and effortlessly up the stairs, in an almost feline way. He came back down in that same graceful way, with a black cloth in his hands. “Here’s a robe. It might be big on you but it’s clean and warm.” Lucky said handing it to her. “There’s a bathroom over there.” He pointed to it. Gia nodded her head and went in. She turned on the light and looked in the mirror, her hair was wet, the braids sticking to her skin. There was a trail of black where her eye makeup ran down her cheeks. Her lip was swollen and she could now see the small red gash on it. She thought she looked awful. She turned on some warm water at his sink and washed her face, rubbing her makeup off on the towel hanging on the towel rack. She reached down and grabbed her thin black dress, pulling it up her body and then dropping it on the floor. There were Goosebumps on her skin, she had no bra on and her nipples were erect, her areolas perked from the cold. She wished he had given her a towel to dry off with but he hadn’t. She picked up the robe that he gave her and examined it, she knew it was clean, put when she brought it to her nose she smelled him on it. He had a unique, almost familiar scent, masculine and exciting. She opened it up and put it on. He was right, it was huge on her, soft though and comfortable. She tried hard and then finally pulled it closed enough over her breasts to feel comfortable.

With her waded up dress and shoes in her hand, Gia stepped out of the bathroom and looked around. She walked over to the fireplace and didn’t see him anywhere. She turned around and screamed, as he was standing right behind her. “I’m sorry.” Lucky smiled slightly. Gia glared at him, Lucky’s heart fluttered at the fire in her eyes. “Here.” He handed her a towel. Gia smiled slightly and took it from him, beginning to dry her hair. “Here let me help you.” Lucky took the towel from her hands. He tenderly began to dry her hair; Gia closed her eyes as she felt his gentle blotting against her head. He then dried the trickle of water running down the side of her face, and then her neck. “Better?” his voice brought her eyes open with a jolt. Gia nodded her head softly and he took the towel away. “You’re still all wet.” Gia noted at his soaked clothes. Lucky grinned down at his body. “Yeah I am.” He said. Gia’s eyes widened when he suddenly pulled his shirt over his head and waded it up and sat it on the floor. He then wrapped the towel around his waist and took his pants off underneath. She studied his fit form, admiring his muscles and toned stomach. He looked up and caught her staring, grinning at her broadly. Gia smiled back at him, and then shyly looked away. Lucky slowly approached her; Gia flinched slightly at his sudden touch, his fingertip landed on her injured lip. Gia lifted her gaze to his eyes as his finger lingered on her chin, and they became locked in an intense connection. “Someone hurt you.” He stated, as he moved his hand to cup her cheek. Gia’s lips turned into a sad frown, her eyes filled with hurt as the pain of what brought her out into the rain that night began to come back to her. Visions of Nikolas flashed in her mind, kissing that blond sitting next to him. Why had he invited her? Was it some sick game or something? Tears welled up in her eyes and her shimmery orbs captivated Lucky. “Hey, you can tell me all about it if you want.” He leaned down to look more directly into her eyes. “It’s just that… I thought I knew someone but it turns out that I never really knew him at all. He probably doesn’t even care about me.” Gia’s tears flowed more freely now and somehow she found herself in Lucky’s arms, sobbing into his shoulder.

She fell to the floor in a graceful, rather lovely feminine way; her face was hidden underneath her luxurious blond hair. Nikolas licked at his lips and swallowed the blood that lingered in his mouth. He felt empowered, strong and lively as he backed up into the darkness. He quickly went and grabbed her body; dragging it into the closet of the room his brother had set him up with. He came back out, with his chest heaving from the physical effort it took for him to move her, and from something else he couldn’t identify. He was hyper now, energized and exhilarated. He lay back on the bed in his room and looked up at the ceiling. He was far from tired and his mind was going mad with so many thoughts. Inevitably his thoughts fell to Gia, and wanting desperately to be with her. The last several weeks that she had been coming to his house were like nothing he had ever experienced. He never thought that making love to a woman, a mortal woman would be as wonderful as it was with Gia. She had showed him so many things. He never knew the way that it felt to hold someone you love in your arms and watch them sleep until he met Gia. His feelings for her had rapidly grown into something so powerful that it seemed to consume his entire being. He knew he loved her that first night she came to his home, but he never guessed that she would change his world so much. As he thought of Gia, he couldn’t shake this feeling like she was with him tonight, but how? No mortals knew to come to that opera house; it was a sort of lair for vampires, a place to lure their victims to. Nikolas thought of something else, although it was highly likely that Lucky had disappeared with his own prey, he wondered why he hadn’t seen him all night. And although he thought it odd that his mother would want to see him in the first place, he wondered why she never showed up. There was only one way to find out the answers to these questions and that was to pay his brother a visit. He decided that he would most likely be at his home, so he grabbed his trench coat and left to go see his brother.

“I was so stupid. I should have known better than to let him get so close to me. I should have known that he would only break my heart. I just feel like such a fool. He played me and I fell for it.” Gia looked back over at Lucky. She had been looking at the fire as she sat in front of it on the floor. She almost couldn’t see the blond man who was already so close to her face. “It’s not your fault Gia.” His voice seemed to come out of nowhere. Gia licked her dry lips, he had backed up slightly and her eyes were more adjusted to the darkness, he was looking at her so intensely. “He’s who you remind me of.” She said softly. Lucky was becoming confused by his feelings. He wasn’t supposed to have feelings for her. Technically he probably should have taken her by now, but there was something about her that he found so intriguing. He was beginning to see what his brother saw in her. Mortal or not, Gia was probably the most beautiful woman he had ever seen, but beyond her looks was something even more unique and beautiful. He looked at her now, her eyes were a shimmery gold color as the flickering of firelight danced in them. He was drawn to her graceful neck, and the soft curve of her breast that had become exposed between the neckline of her robe, barely hiding her nipple. He wanted her in a way that was so recently incomprehensible to him. With a sudden urge, an arousal that arose so suddenly, he leaned in to kiss her. Gia was shocked at first, but she allowed his probing tongue entry. It wasn’t as exciting as her kisses with Nikolas were, but it was welcomed… maybe even craved. This is what she needed right now. Passion took over the kiss and Gia was drowning in this man. His hand reached for her breast and Gia didn’t react until she felt his probing fingers fondle her nipple under her robe. Gia gasped in his mouth. He pulled back to look at her, his hand still cupping her breast. “Is this too fast?” Lucky whispered. Gia struggled to speak. “I think it is.” She said softly. “I’m sorry I didn’t mean to offend you.” Lucky said as he pulled back and he dropped his hand. “No it’s not that I’m just… I never thought that he would hurt me like that, I guess I’m just finding it a little hard to trust right now.” Gia said. “I’m not like him Gia.” Lucky tilted his head to the side slight as he said this. Gia stared into his eyes; so blue they almost looked unnatural. They were the complete opposite of Nik’s, but there was a familiarity between the two that Gia could not dismiss. They drew her in the same way, like she couldn’t look away, she could only let them pierce right into her and see inside her soul. “I know.” Gia reached up and touched his jaw. Lucky closed his eyes against her touch. Gia’s body was still reacting to his touch; her breast still tingled where he caressed it. Gia let out a slow breath and Lucky looked at her face intently. “I’m sorry that he hurt you so badly. I can see the pain in your eyes.” He said softly. Gia looked down and tears rolled down her cheeks, she tried to hide her crying as she turned her head away from him. “It’s OK to cry, he hurt you, and you look beautiful even when you’re crying.” He said with a warm smile. Gia smiled shyly. “You are so nice. Why are you being so nice to me? I don’t even know you.” She said softly. Lucky brought his hand out to wipe away her tears. “When I saw you running down those stairs, you looked devastated, I wanted to help you.” He said. Gia leaned into him. “Will you let me take the pain away?” Lucky whispered in her ear. Gia nodded her head sadly, wanting desperately to feel better; she made the first move, and pressed her lips to his. Lucky parted his lips quickly, eager to taste her unique flavor again. Their kiss became frantic, almost brutal as Gia gripped his hair in her hands. Lucky pulled back, and Gia was able to catch her breath as he kissed her cheek, he tasted her tears on her skin and it was a foreign taste to him, almost unpleasant. He moved his mouth down her face, to her neck, he moaned as he stopped there. Gia closed her eyes as she pressed the side of her face to his head. Lucky kissed, from her shoulder up to her neck and just below her earlobe. When he reached the vain that was so crucial to her survival, he lingered there. He brought out his tongue and licked her. The urge to drink her blood was so strong now. Because he had a taste of other things she offered, he longed to taste the very thing that made him what he was. He was mad with the thought of tasting her blood, he was sure that it would taste perfect, it had to be exotic like her. Lucky parted his lips on her neck and Gia began to pant and moan as he drew a piece of flesh between his lips. He sucked with his tongue at first, but the temptation was too much, he withdrew his fangs without Gia even noticing and brought them to her neck. Gia pulled back suddenly as the sound of pounding was heard at Lucky’s door. “Shit.” Lucky cursed when he finally heard the knocking. He knew immediately who it was at the door, and he wondered if he should take Gia quickly, but the idea of his brother actually seeing him take her gave him a thrill. He looked over at Gia. “Will you stay here? It should just be a minute.” Lucky said. Gia nodded her head. “Yes, I’ll wait for you.” She answered softly. The sound of her rather low voice excited him and he leaned in and kissed her one more time before getting up.

Nikolas didn’t wait for an invitation when his brother opened the door; he just rushed right passed him. “We need to talk.” He stated. “I’m a little busy right now brother.” Lucky glanced towards his darkly lit living room that was hidden from his spot at the entryway. Nikolas was sure that he was seducing some helpless victim but he didn’t care, he needed to see what it was that his brother was up to. “Why did you really invite me to go with you tonight? I didn’t even see mom there.” Nik said. Lucky smiled at him; looking at his pathetic brother he shook his head. “Why would our mother want to see you Nikolas? You killed her husband. She hates you.” He said. This hurt Nikolas, but knowing that he was probably right is what hurt him the most. “Well then why did you want me to go?” he asked. “I just thought it would be an interesting night for you that’s all. You did get your kill didn’t you?” Lucky asked. “Yeah.” Nik nodded his head. He was tired of whatever game this was that his brother was trying to play with him, he gave up. “Go back to taking your whore Lucky.” Nik said turning to leave. “Oh I will Nikolas thank you.” Lucky said. “Lucky?” Gia walked up, not sure what was taking so long. Nikolas stopped his movement at the sound of her voice, it couldn’t be who it sounded like, he turned around and his heart slammed against his chest. “Gia.” He breathed. Gia looked at him, as shocked to see him standing there as he was to see her, she jumped as lightning flashed, quickly fallowed by the sound of thunder. “What are you doing here?” she asked harshly, recovering from her shock. Nikolas couldn’t speak, he couldn’t believe what he was seeing. Gia with her long bare legs and her wild braids, draped in a huge robe of his brother’s, Lucky in nothing but a towel wrapped snugly around his waist. It couldn’t be how it looked. “He followed us here Gia, but don’t worry, I won’t let him hurt you.” Lucky said. Gia looked at him. “Come here.” Lucky held his hand out to her. Nikolas watched in horror as Gia walked up to his brother and wrapped her arm around his waist. Lucky gazed directly into Nik’s eyes as he kissed the side of Gia’s head. “Lucky I swear to God if you touch her…” Nik said angrily to his brother. “Go to hell Nikolas! Or whoever the fuck you are! You have no right to say that. Just leave!” Gia said angrily, her hurt returning to her with great force as she stared at him. Nikolas shook his head slowly; he wasn’t sure why she was so upset with him, something was wrong. “You heard what she said, leave Nikolas.” Lucky said. Nikolas suddenly lunged at his brother; he shoved him to the ground and grabbed Gia. “Don’t you touch me!” Gia screamed as she pushed herself away. Nikolas’s heart ached but he ignored her for the time being, he walked up to his brother and gripped his neck, putting pressure on it as he hovered over him. “You will not take her away from me, you can’t have her!” Nik shouted. “Stop it! You’re hurting him!” Gia shouted, but her pleas were ignored. “You can’t have everything Nikolas. I want her.” Lucky struggled against Nik’s grip. “Lucky I swear if you hurt her in any way you will regret it. You don’t want to see what will happen to you if you come near her again. Stay away from her!” Nik yelled, he punched him across the face, and then kicked his stomach several times. Lucky clutched his stomach as he lay on the floor, coughing fiercely. “You come near her again and you’ll end up like your idiot father.” Nik said coldly.

Nikolas turned to Gia, she looked terrified, and she was frozen in her spot. He moved towards her and she stepped back quickly. “Stay away from me!” she shouted, again flinching at the sound of thunder clapping outside. “Gia please, you need to come with me.” Nik said softly as he held his hand out to her. Gia’s heart was pounding wildly. “I don’t know who you are. Leave me alone!” she yelled. Nikolas walked up and grabbed her, she screamed and he covered her mouth. “You need to stop and you need to trust me.” he said in her ear. Gia shook her head fiercely, still struggling against his hold and attempting to scream. Nik closed his eyes, he didn’t want to do this, but he skillfully knocked her out without killing her, and she went limp in his arms.

He rested her limp body on his bed and looked down at her, he studied her in the moonlight, her lip was cut, and he turned her head to the side to see a red mark on her neck. His brother must have sucked it, but he didn’t see any bite marks. He felt nauseous at the idea of his brother, with his arms around her, and his mouth on her. When he saw her go to him with trust in her eyes it scared the shit out of him. He realized now that his brother must have set him up, but he had no idea what he had told Gia to make her so angry. It was like she was looking at a monster, he wondered if Lucky had told her the truth… that he was a vampire. Nikolas knew that he was running out of time, soon the sun would come up and he would have to isolate himself from the light. Nik reached down and touched her face lightly, his heart raced at just the feel of her soft skin, he lay down in the bed next to her and stared at her beautiful motionless face. Her lips were parted slightly, and he had such the urge to touch them, to taste them. Silently and gently, he untied her robe and pulled it away, his eyes took in the site of her breasts, and her smooth shoulders, he slipped her arms out of it and removed it completely. The sight of her beautiful body lain across his bed made him hurt with desire for her. But he calmed himself and kept watching her, her hard nipples rising and falling with every light breath she took, he was festinated by everything about this woman and couldn’t take his eyes off of her.

Gia opened her eyes slowly, and they landed on Nikolas’s intense brown orbs, she was comforted at first, but as she blinked her lashes a few times, and as reality began to sink in she backed away from him. “Where am I?” Gia tried to move but her head was pounding. “I brought you back here to my home.” Nik smiled softly at her. It seemed like it had been so long since he had seen her, since that night that they made love. Suddenly everything came back to Gia, she remembered seeing him kiss that woman, she remembered him coming to Lucky’s home and practically killing him. She sat up and pushed herself away from him, that’s when she realized that she was naked. She pulled the sheet up to cover herself. “You’re a sick freak Nikolas, or whoever you are! Stay away from me!” Gia yelled, pushing away from him as far as she could. “Gia please listen to me.” Nik reached out to touch her but she scream and pulled her face away. Nikolas looked away with shame, feeling hurt and confused. “Why are you so upset?” he asked sadly. Gia’s face hardened with anger as she looked at his face. “How do you want me to act when I find out that everything you’ve said to me has been a lie? God I can’t believe I was so stupid.” Gia began to cry as she shook her head in disgust with herself. “Gia please… don’t cry. I love you.” Nik reached for her again and she fought him, but gave in to his touch. “Why are you doing this to me?” Gia cried. Nikolas suddenly leaned in and kissed her, in a desperate attempt to remind her of who he was. Gia fought him, but she could not deny his tongue entry when it slipped between her lips. Her mouth craved his taste and she hungrily twirled her tongue in his mouth. They both moaned and Nikolas leaned over her body as they kissed. When his bare chest touched her exposed breasts she freaked and fought him again, pushing him off of her. “Gia… Gia.” Nik was shocked by her actions. He sat up and looked at her with concern. “I hate you! What are you doing to me? I hate you but I want you so badly.” Gia started to sob. Nikolas started to cry, he looked away from her, it was killing him to see the look on her face. Gia calmed down at the sight of him crying, it scared her. “Why are you crying? You don’t even care about me.” Gia said when she realized she was starting to care about him. “Don’t say that! Why are you saying that? What did he tell you?” Nik cried. “He didn’t tell me anything Nikolas! I saw it with my own eyes!” Gia screamed. She got out of the bed, not caring about her nudity. Nikolas quickly went around the bed and stopped her, Gia screamed as he wrapped his arms around her. “Saw what Gia? What did you see?” He asked in her ear as he held her firmly from behind. “I saw you kissing her you bastard! Why did you invite me to that opera if you were going with someone else? Did you want to see the look on my face? That’s so sick.” Gia was sobbing; her voice was hoarse from screaming. Nikolas was numb at the sound of her raspy voice screaming at him what she was saying. Everything came together for him; his brother invited her tonight so that she would catch him with his victim. “Gia, I can explain.” Nik said, but doubted his words as soon as he said them. How could he explain this to her? “What, explain to me that you’re liar and a cheater? I won’t listen to anymore lies!” Gia yelled, she pulled herself away from him and ran to the door. “I’ll tell you the truth I swear!” He shouted when she reached it. Gia stopped, with her hand on the doorknob, her heart still racing with fear, she couldn’t help it, she needed to know the truth. “You have five minutes and I’m leaving.” She turned around.

He had given her a large black tee shirt to wear and she sat on his bed, her bare legs tucked underneath her. She watched him intently as he looked down, it had been more than five minutes but she seemed to have forgotten her earlier threat. Gia hated herself for being so intrigued by him still, the way his intense dark eyes fixed on an invisible point. His soft lips were pouting slightly and his eyebrows were knitted together with fret. She had the sudden urge to jump on him and straddle him, riding him until he was crying with ecstasy and his eyes glazed over with orgasmic pleasure. He looked so sexy and she longed to make the sad look on his face go away. But then she remembered seeing him kiss that woman, he was holding her head in his hands the way he did when he kissed her, and he kissed her with such intense passion, and that hatred of him returned to her. “Fuck you Nikolas.” She got up. “Gia wait please this is just hard for me.” Nik grabbed her and sat her back down on the bed. She looked at him, her patience obviously thinning as she waited for him to speak. “I’m a vampire.” Nik blurted out. Gia’s face was blank, but then her features filled with a humorous trace. “You think I’m an idiot don’t you? I’m not like that dumb blond you were with Nikolas and that is the most ridiculous thing I’ve ever heard. I’m so out of here.” She laughed. Nikolas leapt on top of her, held his hand over her mouth as he pinned her to the bed, he revealed his fangs to her. Gia’s eyes grew wide above his hand and Nikolas could feel her chest heaving under him. “I suck blood Gia, it’s how I survive and I needed to eat tonight, that’s why I was with the woman.” Nik said quickly. Gia wasn’t saying anything, she had stopped moving completely and her face went blank. He let go of her mouth and touched her cheek lightly. “Don’t touch me.” Gia said so softly. He stopped. Gia sat up and backed away from him. “How long have you been like this?” she asked. “I was born one, my father is one and so am I.” Nik said. Gia looked away, swallowing in the back of her throat, not sure if she believed her own ears. It became silent in the room and Nikolas glanced out of the window. “I don’t have much time, dawn is approaching.” He turned to her and studied the side of her face. Gia turned to look at him. “That’s why I can never see you during the day? You can’t be in the light.” She said. Nik nodded softly. “Yes.” He whispered. Gia clamped her lips tightly, shaking her head softly as she took in this information. “Lucky is one too isn’t he?” she asked. “Yes he is, and he hates me because I killed his father, he will always try to avenge his fathers death. That’s why he wanted you, because he knows that I love you and that it would kill me if he took you.” Nik said. Gia shook her head; she didn’t know who to believe or what to think. “I have to go.” She said softly. He stopped her movement. “Gia please hear me, I never thought that I could love a mortal woman. I would have taken you the minute I found you at my door but there was something about you that intrigued me so I couldn’t. I love you Gia, more than anything… more than blood.” Nik leaned in and kissed her on the lips. It wasn’t long enough for Gia to even pull away, but it made her body flush with arousal. “I don’t know what you want from me.” she said huskily, clearing her throat slightly. “I want you to come back tomorrow night, and I want you… I want you to join me, I want you to be a vampire.” Nik couldn’t believe his own words, speaking purely from his heart. “Nikolas I don’t think I can.” Gia shook her head. “Think about it, if you come tomorrow I’ll know your answer is yes, and if you don’t then I will know its no and I will leave you alone.” Nik said. Gia got up and walked over to the door but stopped, her eyes darted rapidly around the room, avoiding his gaze. “Incase I never see you again… I’ve never felt like this with anyone either, when I’m with you it feels like magic. But the thing is… some people think that magic doesn’t exist.” She said before turning around and running away.

~~*~~

It was a new night, and Nikolas was sick over the fact that Gia had not come to him yet. His chest ached when he thought about her. He gazed out of his window in hopes of seeing her running up to his home. He let out a sad sigh. He headed up his stairs to his bedroom; he went in and lay down on his bed. This wasn’t where he slept, in fact his bed didn’t really comfort him, but it held a lot of memories. As he gazed up at his ceiling, he thought about his relationship with Gia. Being immortal was something that once he thought he would never want to give up. He loved it. But if he had to change what he was to be with Gia, he would in an instant. He rolled over in his bed and gripped his pillow fiercely between his fists, gritting his teeth, screaming with rage. He had laid his heart out on the line, told Gia what he wanted from her, and she denied him. His chest ached like it never had before, he didn’t know if he could go on without her. Nikolas sat up when he felt someone’s presence in his room, instinctively alert, but his first instinct going to his brother. “Who’s there?” he said into the darkness. There was a long silence. “I wasn’t going to come but there’s something about you that draws me to you.” Gia said. Nikolas’s heart raced at the sound of her low voice immerging from the silence. “Even after finding out what I really am?” He asked, sitting up slightly. She slowly walked out of the darkest corner of his room and approached him. She stopped just in front of his bed, she dropped down to her knees and Nikolas was breathless as she came so close to his face. “Actually the hurt of your betrayal was stronger than the fear of what you are, I didn’t want to come.” Gia said softly. “I’m so sorry.” Nikolas lightly touched her cheek and she pulled back from his touch. “The way you kissed her… I’m sure she must have felt the same way I do when we kiss. Did you feel the same way? Was it as special for you as I’m sure it was for her?” There was a cold tone to her voice and Gia had a desperate look in her eyes. Nikolas moved closer to her and reached out to her, his chest aching when she again pulled away from his touch sadly. “No, no Gia it was nothing to me. Don’t you see that you’re the only woman who does this to me? She was pray…a victim nothing more. You’re the only one who makes me burn with desire but at the same time ache with love for you. I’m so sorry that I hurt you but I swear to you, I love you and no one else Gia.” Nik said. He pulled her to him, urging her onto the bed next to him. Gia got up on the bed and studied his face in the soft moonlight, and suddenly she gripped the back of his neck and pressed her lips to his. They reacquainted their lips first, both thrilling in the familiar texture. Gia slowly opened her mouth and Nikolas’s body tingled as he pushed his tongue inside her mouth, moaning at the familiar feeling. Gia quickly remembered the excitement that their kisses evoked, her heart sped and she quivered in places she didn’t know she could before. There was nothing more exciting and intense as the kisses she shared with Nikolas, like Lucky, no one could compare to the way he made her feel. She didn’t know what it was about him, the only way she could describe it was magic. All of her fears and doubts of him slipped away as they kissed, it was purely about the extraordinary passion between them that she couldn’t deny if she tried. Nikolas pulled out of the kiss to kiss her cheek, a warm thrilling feeling deep in his mouth arose at the mere feel of her soft skin on his lips. He placed kisses on her face, breathing heavily as he tasted every inch of it, her nose, her eyelids, and her lips again. Gia panted as he moved his kisses from her face, down her chin and throat. Nikolas suddenly stopped; he noticed the faint trace of a red mark on her neck. He pulled back and Gia looked up at him. “Did you sleep with him?” Nik asked. Gia frowned. “I was so hurt… I would have… had you not come.” She said. “Gia if I had known what my brother was planning I would have kept you away from him, I’m so sorry. I missed you. I thought about you the whole time we were apart.” Nik said. Gia toyed with the hair at the back of his neck, running it through her fingers. “I missed you too.” She whispered, she intoxicated Nikolas and he pressed his lips to hers again. Urgency took over them, and they soon found themselves in a frenzy of passion. Nikolas cupped her bra free breasts in his hands over the thin layer of her black silk dress. Gia moaned as he applied pressure, groping her until her nipples were hard. He bent down and kissed her nipple through her dress, Gia was trembling with need as he kissed his way to the other side and sucked it. Gia touched his bare chest, and his stomach, and her hand ventured to the edge of his pajama pants. Nikolas froze as her hand reached in and touched him, he closed his eyes as she rubbed and then pulled, he moaned softly. Nikolas’s pants were half way off of him as she stroked him, she slowed her hands down and just explored, touching him all over, finally removing his pants completely. Nikolas was groaning, his whole body aroused, he suddenly grabbed her hands, which were now caressing his butt. He urgently pinned them over her head, and then sensually ran his hands down her body. Gia shivered as she felt his hands brush over her, feeling like he was touching every inch of her. When Nikolas began to run a hand up her thigh, Gia unconsciously lifted her knee, she whimpered as his hand brushed over the crotch of her panties, she grabbed her dress and quickly pulled it off of herself. Nikolas grunted as his body pressed against hers, he gripped at her panties, and pulled them off of her. The second the barrier was removed he touched her, exploring her soft folds, his finger probing her opening. Gia was screaming, holding onto the sheets below her as he torturously slowly pleasured her. He located her clit and worked it, marveling in the sounds of her cries. Dampness released from her and he brought his fingers up to his mouth to taste, she tasted unique yet familiar on his tongue. Gia was looking up at him as he took his fingers out of his mouth and dropped his hand, and their eyes connected. In that moment Gia saw something that she had never seen in his eyes before, they shimmered like silver in the moonlight. She was a little bit shaken, scared of the feelings that his gaze evoked. He suddenly leaned in and kissed her cheek, her face tingled, and she felt a slight jolt in her nipples. She craved his touch, and pulled him down to her, hugging him as she positioned herself to guide him inside of her. Nikolas pushed in slowly and lingered inside of her, moaning softly at the feel of her warm walls welcoming him. They found themselves lost in a rhythmic dance, a mesh of skin and sweat, with a climaxing force of sexual pleasure. Gia threw her head back as Nik pumped into her, his eyes fixed on her exposed neck. Gia’s nails dug into his back, that was drenched in moonlight, the ripples of his muscles cast in breathtaking shadows. Gia was panting as Nikolas hit a spot that sent her mind spinning; crying out as he repeatedly hit it. Nikolas kissed down on her neck, just below her ear, Gia’s eyes rolled in the back of her head as his warm breath entered her ear with each thrust he made. “Be with me forever Gia.” Nikolas whispered huskily in her ear. Gia’s confusion was brief as it was replaced by sexual satisfaction as he hit that wonderful spot once again. “Do you love me? Will you join me Gia?” Nik breathed through thrusts. Gia was lost, she panted as mind-blowing sensations were rushing over her as they moved as one. “Yes.” She said, in an impulsive vow. Nikolas quickened his pace and he cried out as he drove in powerfully, Gia cried with him as their synchronized orgasms clamed them both. Nikolas collapsed on top of her and he immediately took Gia in his arms, still breathing heavily as he kissed her face.

They were sweating and panting again, this time Gia was on top, ridding him, holding onto his headrest for support. Nikolas was crying out, thrusting his hips off of the bed wildly, and marveling in the sound of her broken cry. He reached up and caressed her breasts as she moved, rubbing her cold hard nipples, his hands dropped when she increased her speed. His pleasure peaked, and he drove in to intensify it to the point of a mind-blowing orgasm that caused him cry out her name, and Gia screamed as her own orgasm rushed over her entire body. She collapsed on top of him, and Nikolas hugged her to him, trying desperately to calm his frantic breathing. Gia’s chest contracted lightly on top of his and he wondered if she had fallen asleep, her breathing had calmed so drastically. He snuck a glance at the moon and saw that he was running out of time. “Gia.” He whispered in her ear. She mumbled incoherent words in response. “I want you to join me Gia.” Nik said. Gia’s eyes slowly opened, landing on a distorted image of a portion of Nik’s shoulder and his furniture in front of her. She was silent for quite a while, she lifted her head from his chest and looked down at him. She opened her mouth to speak but she stopped to think for a second. “You mean you want me to become a vampire?” she asked. Nikolas nodded his head. “That way we can be together…forever.” Nik said. “I can’t drink blood Nikolas.” Gia shook her head in disgust. “It’s not as bad as you think. At first you’ll probably think it tastes bad but soon you’ll crave it… kill for it.” Nikolas said. Gia turned to look out the window, Nikolas looked at her intently, awaiting her reply. “What do I have to do?” she still looked away from him, afraid that she would weaken under his stare. “I would suck your blood until you’re close to death, then you would drink my blood.” Nik explained. Gia thought about jumping up and running away from him, this whole thing was insane. But she looked back at him and looked into his eyes that took her breath away with every stare. She reached out and touched his full lips, fingering the soft, slightly swollen cushions. Nikolas felt numb, his heart raced at her delicate touch. “I want to kiss these lips forever.” She leaned in and kissed him softly and then pulled back again. She slowly nodded her head. “I want to be with you forever Nikolas.” She said softly. Nikolas smiled, pulling her to him and kissing her passionately. He sat up with her, pushing her back and then breaking from the kiss. “We don’t have much time Gia.” He said. Gia’s eyes widened, her heart pounded as he moved closer to her. Nikolas ran his hand up her graceful neck, and her eyes blinked rapidly at his touch. He leaned in and kissed it, and Gia nearly flew back, her heart racing in fear. “Nikolas.” She said quickly through pants. Nikolas was lost, he felt drugged at the thought of drinking her blood. His breath hit her neck and Gia shivered fiercely. Nikolas attacked her skin, licking it and kissing it, Gia moaned as she gripped his hair in her hands. This was like nothing Nikolas had ever felt, the usual rush of drinking blood was mixed with a strong sexual arousal, he was turned on, and he was mad with the intense need to taste her blood. “Do you love me?” Nikolas whispered passionately in her ear. Gia nodded her head against his face that was buried between her neck and a mass of braids. “I love you too Gia.” Nik whispered. Gia felt his mouth on her skin; she suddenly panicked, shaking her head against him as she gasped. Nikolas opened his mouth and sucked on her sensitive, succulent skin. He kissed the red mark he had left on her neck and he extracted his fangs, he was ready for her. Gia’s mind was spinning as she felt his mouth on her. Fear entered her body, she gripped his head, tears poured out of her eyes and drenched her face, she looked over at the moon as she shook her head again and then closed her eyes against him, praying for darkness to claim her quickly.
