~~The mall~~

Lucky was amazed by Gia’s stamina. They had been walking around the mall for hours. She was talking non-stop and it was making him exhausted just by being around her.

“Gia can we sit down now?” Lucky wined. “What’s wrong, you can’t keep up with me?” Gia teased. “No!” “My feet are just killing me!” Lucky said. “How can you walk around all day in those things?” He asked, pointing to her high-healed sandals. “It’s a gift” Gia shrugged. Lucky laughed at his friend and sat down on the bench.

“So did you even get to see Nikolas today?” Lucky asked, when she set beside him. “Barely!” Gia said, rolling her eyes. “Well he has that meeting today, right?” Gia nodded. “Yeah, so after that’s over he’ll probably have more time to spend with you.” Lucky said trying to help. “He’s been talking about this meeting forever” “I bet things will be better after today’s meeting” Lucky said. “Well I hope so!” “I really miss him,” Gia said.

“Hey do you want to go to your dads for lunch? Gia asked. “Sure, I bet he’d love to see you” Lucky said. “Lets go” Lucky said, grabbing her hand and heading towards the exit.

“Gia?” Nik yelled when he walked through the door. He just got done with his meeting and it went great. He felt in his gut that this guy was going to invest. Feeling confident that he’d buy shares, Nikolas felt better than he had in moths. Now all he wanted to do was be with Gia, but where was she?

“G-“, Nik started to yell again and then remembered. “She’s with Lucky at the mall” “Damn it!” Nik yelled and that sat down on the couch. He was so tiered that in seconds he fell asleep.

~~Luke’s~~

“Well hey their hot stuff!” Luke yelled when he saw Gia, who smiled in return. “Well hello to you too dad” Lucky said, waving his hand when he walked around Gia. “Hey cowboy, if you had a face as pretty as hers I might say hello to you too” Luke joked. Gia laughed with embarrassment. “Hey can I get you kids something to eat?” Luke asked. “Did you cook it?” Gia asked, making a face. Luke roared with laughter. “Are you kidding?” They won’t let me anywhere near that kitchen.” Luke said with laughter in his cheerful voice. “Yeah we’ll have some hot wings dad” Lucky said and then turned to Gia. “Can you handle that?” Lucky asked. “Are you kidding?” Gia asked. “Spencer, I could out hot wing you any day,” Gia stated with an evil smile. “Your on!”, “hot stuff” Lucky teased.

“All right, you win!” Lucky yelled pushing his plate away from him. “I’m stuffed”, Lucky said as he patted his stomach. “Well I’m not!” Gia said eating another one. They had attracted quite a crowd. Everyone laughed at the look on Lucky’s face when Gia bit into the spicy piece of chicken. “All right let’s go, before your head gets any bigger” Lucky said when Gia started to bow.
