Age 60, died June 27, 1974 at a local hospital. Mr. Templeton had been a resident of Lansing
for 30 years, a member of Mask Memorial C.M.E. Church and World War II Veteran. He was employed
at Michigan State University. Surviving are the wife Fannie M.; granddaughter Stephanie DAVIS of
Lansing two sisters Mrs. Bearlie M. WHEELER and Mrs. Alberta ALLEN both of Lansing; five brothers
Houston, Grandville and Luther all of Martin Tennessee, Arzell of Memphis, Tennessee and Lester
of St. Louis, Missouri; step-daughter Mrs. Barbara DAVIS of Kalamazoo, Mi. Several nieces and
nephews. Funeral Services will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, July 2, 1974 at Mask Memorial C.M.E.
Church with Rev. A.J. Davison officiating. Interment in Evergreen Cemetery. Arrangements by the
Riley Funeral Home.

Funeral Services will be held at 1 p.m. Tuesday, July 2, 1974 at Mask Memorial C.M.E. Church
with Rev. A.J. Davison officiating. Interment in Evergreen Cemetery. Pallbearers are Elzie
Tansil, Richard Bryant, Gordon Haskins, Rodney Shepard, Henderson Poummer and Jessie Young. The
family will receive friends tonight at the Riley Funeral Home from 7 until 8 p.m.
