Ted STASZUK

  Ted J. Staszuk, 47 died today at a local hospital. A native of Lansing, Mr. Staszuk was past president and general manager of Staszuk's Moving and Storage Co., was a World War II veteran, and a member of St. Casimir Catholic Church. He also served as third ward chairman for the Republican Party in Lansing, served on the Tri-County Regional Planning Commission, and was a member of the citizens advisory committee on housing, redevelopment and model cities.
  Mr. Staszuk is survived by his wife, Dolores; three sons, Casey, Christopher, and Kurt all of Lansing; his mother, Helen STASZUK of Lansing, and a sister Mrs. Martin ADYBEL of Haslett.
  Arrangements will be announced by the Palmer-Bush Funeral Home.

He was a member of St. Casimir Catholic Church, Polish Falcons, Knights of Columbus, Richard Council No. 788 and the Elks BPOE Lodge No. 196; Veterans Post No. 701 and Model Cities. Surviving are the wife, Dolores M.; three sons, Casey F., Christopher S., and Curt J. all of Lansing; mother, Mrs. Helen STASZUK of Lansing, and one sister Mrs. Martin ZDYBEL of Haslett. Complete funeral arrangements will be announced later by the Palmer- Bush Funeral Home.

Mass of the Christian Burial will be Saturday at 1:30 p.m. at St. Casimir Church with Fr. Al C. Hornberger officiating. Interment in St. Joseph Cemetery. The Rosary will be recited Friday at 7 p.m. at the Palmer-Bush Funeral Home. Active pallbearers will be James Barrett, James Staneway, Donald J. Wesley, Stanley Middleton, Frank Seyka, and Ralph Shrift. Honorary pallbearers will be William Mackay, Edwin Wojick and John Czerneski.
