Age 76, died Oct. 1, 1984. Born April 14, 1908 in Bannister, MI. Mr. Scarbrough was retired
from the Oldsmobile Plant #3 in 1969 with over 40 years of service. He was a member of the
Quarter Century Club. Surviving are his wife, Eleanor M.; 2 daughters, Mrs. Rex (Carole) ROHRER
of Lansing and Mrs. Kenneth (Janet) LOARE of Rodney; 1 son, Guy A. of Lansing; 9 grandchildren; 2
great grandchildren and 4 sisters. Funeral services will be Wed., 11:30 a.m. at the Gorsline-
Runciman Lansing Chapel with the Rev. Dennis Buwalda, Pastor of the Holt United Methodist Church
officiating. Interment will be in Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends
at the Funeral Home Tues. 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. Those wishing may make contributions to the American
Cancer Society.
