Age 79, died October 19, 1991. He had retired from the State of Michigan, Boy's Vocational
and J.W. Maxey Training Schools. Surviving are his son, Joseph (Joan) NORRIS of Pensacola; 3
daughters, Jackie (Kendall) CAREY of Galion, OH, Gloria (Richard) COLE of Williamston and Joanne
NORRIS of Japan; 2 brothers, Wilford NORRIS of Charlotte and Dale NORRIS of Lansing; 3 sisters,
Betty NEEB of Clarksville, Ella SATTERLEE of Harsens Island and Mable WAKELY of Sunfield; 12
grandchildren; and 23 great grandchildren. Memorial graveside service 1 p.m. Friday at the Maple
Hill Cemetery, Charlotte, with Pastor Betts officiating. In lieu of flowers, contributions may
be made to Baptist Hospital ICU Fund, 1000 W. Moreno, Pensacola, FL 32501.
