Mrs. Howe age 78 died Oct. 25, 1981. She had lived on Island Hwy. for the past 68 years. Surviving is her son George of
Charlotte; 1 daughter, Mrs. Lester (Mary Alice) DUNN of Lansing; 6 grandchildren, Marsha HOWE, Marles DUNN, Mrs. Rick (Lori)
OLSON, Tom HOWE, Mike DUNN and Steve DUNN. 2 great grandchildren, Randy HOWE and Amanda OLSON. Mrs. Howe was preceded in
death by her husband Arthur S. HOWE in 1967. She was a member and superintendent of the Primary Dept. at the First Baptist
Church for many years, where funeral services will be held at 2:30 p.m. Wed. Memorial fund has been established for the
Primary Dept. at the First Baptist Church. Arrangements are by the Pray Funeral Home, Charlotte.

Hazel Darlene HOWE
Hazel Darlene Howe, 78, of 4556 Island Hwy., Charlotte, passed away on Oct. 25.
Mrs. Howe, who had lived 68 years at the Island Highway address, was a member of the First Baptist Church of
Charlotte, where she had served as Superintendent of the Primary Department for the past 20 years.
She is survived by a son, George of Charlotte; a daughter, Mrs. Lester (Mary Alice) DUNN of Lansing; six
grandchildren, and two great grandchildren.
Funeral services were held at the First Baptist Church Wednesday, Oct. 28. Arrangements by Pray Funeral Home.
A memorial fund has been established for the Primary Department at the First Baptist Church. Envelopes are
available at the funeral home.
