Resident Dies at 77
H. F. HORSTMYER Had Lived in Lansing Area Since 1910


  Herman F. Horstmyer, 77, of 6181 Horstmyer Rd., died Tuesday at his home. He had been a resident of Lansing and vicinity since 1910, coming here from Germany.
  Mr. Horstmyer was a farmer, living on the same farm in Delhi township since 1916.
  Surviving are his widow, Alvina; two sons, Fred of Mason and Clarence, of Lansing; six daughters, Mrs. Clarence LEONARD, Mrs. George KAHRES, and Mrs. Robert RIED, all of Holt; Mrs. Orlu RICHARDS of Dimondale, Mrs. Charles SANDERS of Mason, and Mrs. Lynn REYNOLDS of Lansing; 27 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren; a sister, Mrs. Frank RAKE of Lansing, also a sister and brother in Germany.
  Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Friday at the Estes-Leadley Colonial chapel. Rev. Robert Weber, of the Grovenburg Methodist church will officiate. Interment will be made in Markham cemetery.
