Mason
Age 65, passed away May 31, 1988. He was born in Delhi Township on August 25, 1922 and had
been a resident of the Mason area all of his life. Surviving are his wife, Elizabeth of Mason;
son and his wife, Dean and Marilyn HORSTMYER of Arcadia, FL; sisters, Margaret LEONARD of Holt;
Elsie KHARES of Holt, Helen RIED of Holt, Dorothy SANDERS of Mason, Anna RICHARDS of Homer;
brother, Clarence HORSTMYER of Mason; granddaughters, Maria LOTT of Arcadia, FL and Shawnda LOTT
of Mulliken, MI. Religious services will be conducted by the Rev. Dennis G. Buwald of Holt United
Methodist Church, 2:30 p.m. Friday in the Estes-Leadley Greater Lansing Chapel with interment in
Markham Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the Funeral Home, 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Wednesday
and Thursday.
