Age 81 died Sat. afternoon, Sept. 11, 1970 at a local hospital. She was born Jan. 14, 1890
in Holt, Mich., and had been a life long resident of the Lansing area. She was the widow of the
late Fred S. HILLIARD. She was a member of the Mt. Hope United Methodist Church, a member of the
Womens Society of Christian Service and a member of Rebekah Lodge No. 496. Surviving are 1 son,
Kenneth HILLIARD of Corunna; 3 daughters, Mrs. Donald (Ova) GUTHRIE of Lansing, Mrs. Eillen BOND
of Brookfield Center, Conn., Mrs. Bob (Doras) DIXON of Bloomfield Hills; 9 grandchildren; 14
great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held Tues. at 11:30 a.m. from the Gorsline-
Runciman Funeral Home with Rev. Donald Merrill of the Mt. Hope United Methodist Church
officiating. Interment in North Cemetery, Lansing. The family will receive friends Sunday
evening, from 6-8 p.m. and Monday afternoon from 2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m.
