Mrs. Lottie A. Grohman, 76, of 310 Seymour, died Thursday at a Charlotte nursing home.
A Lansing resident 57 years, she was a member of the First Baptist Church and the Amoma Class of the
church. She worked in the Shaw Dormitory cafeteria at Michigan State University 10 years.
She is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Romaine F. JONES of Baton Rouge, La., and Mrs. Charles M. YOUNGE of
Lansing; two sons, Donald L. and John A. of Lansing; one sister; and one brother, Ray E. HOUGH of Grand Ledge.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at Jessen Funeral Home.

Mrs. Grohman, age 76, died at a local nursing home in Charlotte Thursday, November 23, 1972. She was born
April 15, 1896 in Windsor township, and has lived in Lansing 57 years. Mrs. Grohman was a member of the First Baptist
Church and Amoma Class of the church. She was employed by Michigan State University, Shaw Dorm, working in the cafeteria
for 10 years. She is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Romaine F. JONES of Baton Rouge, La., Mrs. Charleen M. YOUNGE of
Lansing; two sons, Donald L. and John A. GROHMAN both of Lansing, one sister Mrs. Carl DOROH of Grayling and one brother,
Ray E. HOUGH of Grand Ledge, 7 grandchildren, and one great grandchild. Funeral services will be at Saturday at 2 p.m. from
the Jessen Funeral Home with The Reverend William H. Underwood officiating and burial will be made in Deepdale Memorial
Cemetery.
