Age 94, passed away October 17, 1988. She was born Decmember 6, 1893 in Ohio and had been a
resident of the Lansing area since 1919. She was a member of the Mayflower Congregational Church
(UCC). Surviving are 2 sons, Orlin H. BENDER of Lake, MI and Edsel F. BENDER of Lansing;
daughter, Mrs. Coral E. MISHLER of Florida; 13 grandchildren; many great grandchildren; several
great-great grandchildren. Religious services will be held at 1 p.m. Thursday in the Estes-Leadley
Greater Lansing Chapel with interment in Deepdale Memorial Park. The family will receive friends
at the Funeral Home Wednesday, 2-4 and 7-9 p.m.
