Age 60, died July 6, 1984. Mr. Finch was born Jan. 30, 1924 in Detroit, MI the son of Harold
Clifford and may (CHRISTIAN) FINCH. He lived in Lansing since 1939 coming from Ishpheming, MI.
Mr. Finch graduated from Eastern High School, class of 1943 and worked for MSU until his
retirement in 1980. He was a member of the Christ United Methodist Church, North American Manx
Assoc. and the MSU Retiree's Club. In 1979 Mr. Finch and family traveled to the Isle of Man,
birthplace of his maternal grandparents. Surviving are his wife, Shirley and daughter, Marilyn
both of Lansing; 1 sister, Mrs. Harold (Jeanette) HIGGINS of Grand Ledge; aunt, Mrs. Bertha
FINCH of Dearborn and cousins Mrs. Frances McCORMICK of Dearborn and Mrs. Ben (Eveleen) DEUEL of
Jackson. Funeral services will be held Tues., at 2:30 p.m. at the Gorsline-Runciman Lansing
Chapel with the Rev. Floyd Nagel of Grand Ledge officiating. Interment will be in Eastlawn
Memory Gardens. The family will receive friends Sun. and Mon. 2-4 & 7-9 p.m.

Pastor of Christ United Methodist Church and the Rev. Floyd Nagel of Grand Ledge officiating. Interment will be in
East Lawn Memory Gardens. The family will receive friends at the Funeral Home Mon. 2-4 & 7-9 p.m.
