DIXON, Nellie M.
Dimondale
Age 83, died January 4, 1997. Mrs. Dixon was born May 14, 1913, in Windsor Township, a
daughter of Oscar and Josie (NICKERSON) SANDERS. She was a member of the First Presbyterian
Church of Dimondale. She was preceded in death by her husband, Fred A. DIXON. Surviving are 2
sons, Fred L. (Alene) DIXON of Eagle and Edward N. (Marlene) DIXON of Dimondale; 7 grandchildren
and their spouses; 7 great grandchildren; sister-in-law, Dorothy SANDERS of Mason; numerous
nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Tuesday, January 7, 1997, at Field &
Leik Funeral Home, Dimondale, with Rev. John A. Toth officiating. Interment in Dimondale
Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Sunday and Monday at the Funeral
Home. Contributions have been suggested to First Presbyterian Church - Building Fund; envelopes
available at the Funeral Home.
