Grandma Dedafoe's Scrapbook
Richard Ray DISBROW
Richard Ray Disbrow was born June 3, 1919 at Lansing, Michigan and died September
16, 1961 at St. George, Utah, from an acute asthma attack.
For the past ten years he was employed by the Greyhound Bus Company.
Richard will be remembered as the grandson who visited many times at the homes of
his late grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Myron DISBROW and Mr. and Mrs. William WIBORN. Both families
being residents of Dimondale for many years.
He is survived by his wife, Violet, daughter, Vickie, of Cheyenne, Wyoming, son,
Richard Ray, of Lansing, a step-son, Carl BUCHANAN, in the U.S. Army at Fort Campbell, Ky., and
parents, Mr. and Mrs. Ray DISBROW, of Lansing, Mich.
Burial was made in Dimondale Cemetery September 21, 1962 with Rev. D.C. Ostroth
officiating.
Bearers were John Davies, Jack Finnie, Gerald Piper, Wayne Dingwell, Robert
Dingwell, Stanley Pearce.
