Douglas J. DENBY

  Mason - Douglas J. Denby, 50, of 728 Dart, died of a heart condition Wednesday at a Lansing Hospital. He was a truck driver employed by a Lansing construction firm.
  Surviving are his wife, Idabell; five daughters, Mrs. Cynthia JOHNSON of Mason, Diana DENBY of Fordsville, Ky., Ginette, Lea and Denise, all at home; a son, Jeffrey, at home; three grandchildren; his mother, Mrs. Hazel SHEADER of Eaton Rapids; three brothers, John of Chicago, Ill., Wayne of Holt and Kenneth of Mason; and three sisters, Mrs. Lucille CLUTTER of Eaton Rapids, Mrs. Irene ANDERSON of Mason and Mrs. Laura DAY of Holt.
  Services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday at Ball-Dunn Funeral Home, with burial in Leek Cemetery.

  Services were held at Ball-Dunn Funeral Home July 25 for Douglas James Denby, 50, of 728 Dart road, Mason, who died July 22 at Lansing General Hospital. The Rev. William A. Harrington of the First Baptist Church of Mason officiated.
  Mr. Denby was employed for Darin and Armstrong as a truck driver.
  He is survived by his wife, Idabell, five daughters, Diana DENBY of Fordsville, Ky., Mrs. Cynthia JOHNSON, Ginette DENBY, Lea DENBY and Denise DENBY, all of Mason, a son, Jeffrey of Mason, three grandchildren, his mother, Mrs. Hazel SHEADER of Eaton Rapids, and three brothers, John of Chicago, Ill., Wayne of Holt and Kenneth of Mason.
  Paul Barton, Floyd Morris, James Roth, Harold O'Boyle, Tom Robinson, and Delose Day, Jr. were pallbearers.
  Interment was a Leek cemetery in Alaiedon Township.
