Age 77, died June 28, 1985 at his home. He was born July 6, 1907 in Windsor Twp., a son of William and Nellie (HECOCK) BRYAN He was an Army W.W. II Veteran, commander and life member of the Dimondale American Legion Post #515, past commander and life member of the Potterville VFW Post 6034, the Eaton Rapids 40 et 8 Voyager #1332, the Chief Okemos Club, the Eaton Rapids Sports- man Club, the Lost Lake Hunt Club, past commander of Eaton County Veterans council, the Odd Fellows, and life member of the National Rifle Association. Surviving are his sister-in-law, Mrs. Bessie BRYAN of Charlotte; 2 nieces, Mrs. Thomas (Susan) SIMMONS of Portland, and Mrs. Gary (Sylvia) COWLES of Charlotte; special friends, Larry and Melanie WHITNEY of Dimondale. Services 10 a.m. Tuesday at Field Funeral Home with Rev. John A. Toth officiating. Military graveside services will be held at Dimondale Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Sunday and Monday.
