Age 63, died March 25, 1977. He was born July 19, 1913. He had been a lifelong resident of Lansing and was formerly employed at the Boy's Training School as a cottage parent for 22 years and later with the State Liquor Commission retiring Jan. 21, 1977. He was a member of Capitol Lodge of S.O. No. 66, F.&A.M. He was a veteran of World War II, serving in the army receiving the Bronze Star. Surviving are his wife, Eileen; foster son, Thomas ENGEL, Haslett. Funeral services will be held Tuesday at 10 a.m. at the Gorsline-Runciman Lansing Chapel with Rev. LaVern Bretz officiating. Interment at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at the Chapel on Sunday and Monday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.

Pallbearers will be Hugh Bronson, William Neary, Arnold Miller, Donald Clark Charles Burnett, Robert Morley, Michael Ramsey, Michael Maloney. The family will receive friends at the Chapel on Monday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.
