Joseph Orlan Bartolacci, 76 of Charlotte, MI died August 2, 1996. Mr. Bartolacci was
born September 2, 1996 in Ann Arbor, the son of Joseph and Filomena BARTOLACCI. He was a State
employee retiring after 37 years. He was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church and a 40 year
member of Charlotte Country Club, where he was Club Champion for many years and former President
of Michigan State Employee Association. He is survived by his wife, Mary (HEMINGWAY) BARTOLACCI;
4 daughters, Mary Jo (Tim) PALMER of West Lafayette, IN, Ann (Robert) GRIER of Charlotte, Nora
(Tony) BARTOLACCI-FRANZINI of Lansing, Lisa (James) JONES of New Port Richey, FL; 4 sons, Joseph
(Diana), John (Sue) both from Charlotte, James (Lou) of Mason, Jeffry of Potterville; 15
grand children; brother, Ralph (Marjorie) of Port Orange, FL; 2 sisters, Livia LEEVER of Ann Arbor
and Rosina (Matthew) TERZANO of Thousand Oaks, CA. He was preceded in death by 1 grandchild.
There will be a Rosary Service Monday, August 5, 8 p.m. at Pray Funeral Home in Charlotte.
Funeral services will be Tuesday, August 6, 1996, 10:30 a.m. at St. Mary's Church, with Msgr.
Vincent Howard officiating. Visitation will be Sunday and Monday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. at the funeral
home. Memorials to Mary Bartolacci Scholarship Fund, in lieu of flowers.
