BARRON, Betty Jean (EITNIEAR)

Age 65, passed away on July 27, 1990. She was born in Lovell, WY on March 4, 1925 and has
lived in Michigan since the late 1940's. She graduated Cum Laude from Michigan State University
School of Social Sciences; had owned and operated beauty shops in the Lansing area; was a
professional musician; had worked in the private sector as Business Manager for Butterfield
Theaters; and was a candidate for the Michigan House of Representative, 58th District in 1980.
Surviving are 2 sons, Donald L. EITNIEAR, Terry L. and wife, Patrice EITNIEAR, all of Dimondale;
2 step-daughters, Terry Ann BARRON of Spokane, WA, Cecilia and husband, Alan SMITH of Home Beach,
FL; 9 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren; sister, Marvel and husband, Harry LaCASSE of Missoula,
MT; nieces and nephews. Religious services will be conducted by The Rev. Fr. William R. Lugger of
St. Casimir Catholic Church at 11:30 a.m. Tuesday in the Estes-Leadley Greater Lansing Chapel.
The family will receive friends at the Funeral Home from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Sunday and Monday.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Ingham County Humane Society.
