Mrs. Allen had been a resident of Lansing for 48 years, moving here from Reed City, Mich. She
was a member of the Evangelical Methodist Church. Surviving are 3 daughters, Mrs. Glenn (Adeline)
HUDSON of Lansing, Mrs. Gerald (Maxine) FORNEY of Ashley, Indiana and Mrs. Bernetta HAWKS of East
Lansing. Five grandchildren, three step grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren; one brother,
Harold ECKLEY of Grand Ledge. Funeral services will be announced by the Gorsline Runciman
Funeral Home.

Mrs. Mabel Allen, 70, of 527 S. Charles, died Monday in a local hospital.
A resident of Lansing for 48 years, she was a member of the Evangelical Methodist Church.
Surviving are three daughters, Mrs. Glenn HUDSON of Lansing, Mrs. Gerald FORNEY of Ashley, Ind. and Mrs.
Bernetta HAWKS of East Lansing; five grandchildren, three step grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren and a brother,
Harold ECKLEY of Grand Ledge.
Services will be announced by the Gorsline-Runciman Funeral Home.

Funeral services will be held Thurs. 11:30 a.m. at the Gorsline-Runciman Funeral Home with Rev. Thomas Luttrell of the
Evangelical Methodist Church officiating. Pallbearers will be Claude FOSTER, Lyle GUNN, Lewis HUDSON, Parm FOSTER, Leroy
McDANIELS, and Archie SHAPPELL. Interment in Delta Center Cemetery.
