I haven't been watching any anime recently (Stolen interbutts is never a good thing to use.) but I have been buying Manga more considering it's cheaper and they are doing some great deals on some titles in Borders. Shame I have all the Shaman King volumes they have on sale. ^^;
I bought Mamotte! Lollipop since I have been getting merchandise for it glore from my friend in Japan as Birthday presents etc. I even took the bag of it to the Jason Donovan concert (It kept my phone, purse, keys and the golden ticket safe XD;;) so I should read it afterall I do have the merchandise from it.
It's about a girl called Nina who eats this gem thinking it was her candy on her cake and then these hot guys who are wizards in education come to try and get it so they can pass their exams. Yeah, they have to be around her 24/7 so nobody can get the gem from her. Because it can take a year to digest and such. Did I mention there is a five year old that can turn into a beautiful big bust woman? So much loli it's so freaking scary... I dunno wherver to lol or cringe. >.< buuuut I like it. It's not sexual like I describe and Zero is a cutie! He has blue hair!! And his chibi form is just as cute as him. Lol I think he has a soft side for Nina. Altogether now; AWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW
Another manga people nag at me to buy is Full Moon wo Sagashite. Omg! The art is so beautiful. The main character Mitsuki has Kago Ai's hair <3 <3 <3 <3 (Kago Ai was my fave Hello! Project/Morning Musume member until she got kicked out. *sniff* I looked up to her. She had difficulties and smoked just like me *twitching for a fag*)
Anyway, fans of beautiful, deep meaning shojo should read/watch Full Moon wo Sagashite. Basically we have a girl who has something wrong with her throat and she loves singing but if she wants to survive she has to get rid of her voice and thats something that could kill her more than being alive because she has this dream. She was in love with this boy at the orphanage but before she could tell him, he was adopted and then went off to America. Since then she has wanted to tell him that she loves him too and to find him she will become a singer so it's easier for him to find her. I can't wait to buy the next volumes. Not only am I twitching for a smoke but I'm dying to know what happens to Mitsuki!
