1. Best of 3 Falls: Cien Caras, Mascara Ano 2000 & Dr. Wagner Jr. vs Lizmark Jr., Villano III & Rayo De Jalisco Jr.
PRIMERA CAIDA: Lizmark took the fight to Wagner early. Wagner fought back and DDTd Lizmark. Lizmark gave Wagner a tilt-a-whirl slam of sorts and then somewhat of an airplane side slam for a near fall. Caras clotheslined Villano and gave him a kneelift. Caras missed an elbowsmash and Villano gave him a stunner for a near fall. Mascara got the better of Mascara with an armdrag and a second rope cross bodyblock. In a lame comedic spot, Jalisco faked out Mascara who sailed over the top rope to the floor. Lizmark dropped down but Wagner caught him with an elbowsmash. Wagner elbowed Lizmark but Lizmark fought back with a superkick and a tope. Mascara missed a corner splash of sorts and Villano tied him up with a submission hold as Jalisco rolled up Caras for a pin to win the fall at 6:22. A very flat and disappointing fall as Wagner and Lizmark didn’t step up to carry the action.
SEGUNDA CAIDA:Wagner took down Lizmark and gave him a low dropkick (as opposed to a foul or low blow). Wagner tried to unmask Lizmark and Caras added a dropkick. Wagner and Caras double-teamed Lizmark. Wagner missed a corner splash and Lizmark rammed him into all three turnbuckles in the corner. Lizmark crotched Wagner on the top rope (but not in a way to warrant a foul) and superkicked him off the apron. Jalisco ducked and Caras sailed out of the ring to the floor. Villano dove off the apron onto Caras. Jalisco clotheslined Mascara and gave him a tilt-a-whirl backbreaker. Jalisco applied a Romero special on Mascara as Lizmark hit a top rope flying bodypress (over them) onto Wagner. Lizmark gave Wagner a tilt-a-whirl backbreaker and dropped him head first on the top turnbuckle. Wagner unmasked Lizmark for the DQ at 3:56. A typical cheap ending, and a terrible match until the very end. Lizmark and especially Wagner phoned it in, and it says something when Caras contributed almost as much as Wagner. I know some may not have hated this match, but I did. 1/4*
2. Best of 3 Falls: Emilio Charles Jr., Bestia Salvaje & Scorpio Jr. vs Apollo Dantes, Shocker & Satanico
PRIMERA CAIDA: As usual with these guys the action began before the bell. Charles went after Shocker and dominated him early. Scorpio powerbombed Shocker and Salvaje gave him a top rope somersault senton. Charles clotheslined Dantes over the top rope to the floor. Satanico was triple-teamed as was Shocker. Shocker fought back with a high kick on Charles but Dantes got the better of Scorpio. Charles landed some forearms but Shocker gave him a stunner and a face slam. Salvaje dropkicked Shocker. Shocker was whipped into the corner but took the Flair-like bump and landed on the apron. He gave Scorpio a headscissors takedown and booted Salvaje out of the ring. Shocker hit a tope suicida on Salvaje. Satanico applied what looked like a standing Texas cloverleaf and grabbed the arms to pin Scorpio. Charles gave Dantes a lariat but missed a senton. Dantes rolled up Charles but Scorpio reversed the rollup and Charles got the pin at 4:54 to win the fall. Not bad, especially after the first match. Most of the wrestlers were at least somewhat fired up and they all worked hard.
SEGUNDA CAIDA: Shocker initiated a brawl at ringside but his opponents dominated him. Scorpio armbarred Satanico. Charles dominated Satanico as Scorpio attacked Shocker in the aisle. Scorpio and Charles double-booted Shocker out of the ring. Scorpio and Salvaje clotheslined Dantes and Charles applied a chinlock. Shocker gave Salvaje several chops and took that fight to ringside as Dantes knocked Charles out of the ring as well. Salvaje chopped Charles when Dantes moved and Dantes gave Salvaje a tilt-a-whirl backbreaker. Scorpio clotheslined Dantes but Dantes kicked him out of the ring. Dantes hit a tope suicida that knocked Scorpio into the first row. Satanico won an exchange of blows with Charles but Salvaje attacked him. Salvaje and Satanico exchanged blows as Shocker gave Charles two tilt-a-whirl backbreakers. Charles gave Shocker a low blow for the DQ at about 4:21 but Dantes shoved the ref so the ref reversed the decision and Charles and co. won in straight falls. Another cheap ending, but a much better match than the opener. Nothing special, but they showed good intensity and Shocker was a standout as usual. **1/4
3. One Fall: Rey Buccanero, Ultimo Guerrero, Mascara Magica & Tarzan Boy vs Giant Silva, Black Warrior & Brazo De Plata (Porky)
Warrior was double-teamed early. Guerrero and Buccanero double booted Warrior and they & Magica dragged him and slammed him to the floor in a cool sequence. The heels also dominated Porky. Silva came in and dominated everyone. Tarzan dropkicked Silva but had little effect. Silva gave Magica a spinebuster and no-sold offense from Rey & Ultimo. Tarzan went for a flying bodypress but Silva easily caught him and dropped him neck first on the top rope. Silva backdropped Guerrero and tagged Porky. Porky gave Magica a corner splash and backdropped Buccanero and Tarzan. Porky backed all four heels into the corner and hit a bronco buster. Porky went for a second one but the heels seemingly scampered for their lives. After some reversals Guerrero accidentally catapulted Warrior into Tarzan who was sitting on the top rope. Warrior superkicked Guerrero and dropkicked Magica out of the ring. Warrior dropkicked Buccanero’s legs and hit his usual spectacular tope suicida on Magica. Silva clotheslined Guerrero and Buccanero out of the ring and dove onto then off the apron. Tarzan attempted a sunset flip, Porky went for a sitdown splash but Tarzan low-blowed him, but the ref didn’t see it and Tarzan pinned Porky at 6:08. Not a bad match, but not a good one. There was not as much give-and-take action in this one than the Silva match on last week’s (11/13) show. *1/4
4. Best of 3 Falls: Nicho El Millonario, Juventud Guerrera, Fuerza Guerrera & Black Tiger vs Rey Misterio Jr., El Hijo Del Santo, Negro Casas & Atlantis
PRIMERA CAIDA: Everyone started fighting at the bell. Guerrera rammed Casas into the ringpost. Nicho legdropped Misterio. Nicho, Fuerza and Juventud all gave Atlantis running lariats in the corner. Fuerza back suplexed Casas and Juventud legdropped him. Juventud held Casas and Nicho hit a top rope legdrop to the crotch, but for some reason that was not a foul. Nicho gained a near fall on Casas. Tiger suplexed Atlantis and gained a near fall. Somewhere Fuerza I think pinned Santo although the cameras missed it. Tiger and Nicho double-suplexed Atlantis and Tiger pinned him. Misterio went for an in-ring quebrada but Juventud caught him and gave him a Juvi driver for the pin at 3:05 to win the fall. Not too spectacular, but a fine opening fall.
SEGUNDA CAIDA: Fuerza dropkicked Atlantis but Atlantis fought back with a great monkey flip (seriously) and a tilt-a-whirl backbreaker. Juventud and Misterio then had a fast exchange with Misterio doing one of his crazy tilt-a-whirl headscissors. Misterio hit a great spinning huracanrana off the apron on Juventud. Santo gave Nicho a tilt-a-whirl headscissors and Nicho bailed out. Tiger gave Misterio a tilt-a-whirl backbreaker and Fuerza hit a top rope clothesline on Misterio. Misterio dropkicked both Tiger and Fuerza. Santo hit a top rope clothesline on Tiger and went for a camel clutch but Nicho dropkicked him. Casas clotheslined Nicho and Atlantis gave Juventud and Nicho tilt-a-whirl backbreakers. Casas kicked Atlantis out of the ring when Nicho moved. Nicho botched a slingshot quebrada on Atlantis but Juventud hit a tope on Casas. Santo went for a top rope huracanrana on Fuerza but Tiger caught him . Tiger accidentally catapulted Misterio up and Misterio hit a top rope huracanrana on Fuerza in a super spot for a pin. Santo hit a sunset flip on Nicho to the floor. The faces won the fall at 4:10. A great fall with lots of action but not classic due to the botched dive by Nicho.
TERCERA CAIDA: Nicho was still being tended to at ringside when the fall began because his head hit the floor hard on the aforementioned sunset flip. Fuerza got the better of Casas early but Juventud accidentally dropkicked Fuerza out of the ring when Casas moved. Fuerza then hit his nephew Juventud and pulled him by the ear in a funny spot. Atlantis won an exchange against Tiger with a cross bodyblock and a tilt-a-whirl backbreaker. Juventud intervened and suplexed Atlantis. Juventud gave Atlantis a power legdrop for a near fall. Santo backdropped Juventud and Misterio gave him a springboard legdrop. Santo then hit a low, almost sliding dropkick right to Juventud’s head. Nicho spin kicked Casas but ran into two kicks, then Casas moved and a charging Nicho crashed hard shoulder-first into the ringpost in a vintage Psicosis spot and crashed to the floor. Casas then hit a Thesz press off the apron on Nicho. Atlantis dropkicked Juventud out of the ring. Fuerza dropkicked Atlantis out of the ring. Misterio attempted an in-ring quebrada but Fuerza caught him and rammed him into the corner then hung him upside down. Fuerza went for a tackle but Misterio picked himself up and Fuerza sailed through the ropes to the floor. Santo then hit a tope suicida on Fuerza. Tiger missed a corner splash on Misterio and Misterio gave him a top rope frankentoyota. Misterio then did almost a Toyota roll into a huracanrana on Tiger that sent both over the top rope. Casas dropkicked Nicho’s leg and gave him a casita (la magistral) for the pin at 4:34. A very good fall and another great match. In many ways just as good as the 8-man match last week, although that match was a bit more enjoyable since it had more high spots. ***3/4

5. One Fall: Lady Apache, Estrellita & Karina Duval vs Mujer Demente, Tifanny & Miss Janeth
Tifanny and Apache exchanged offense on the mat. Tifanny and Janeth double clotheslined Apache and Demente attacked Estrellita. Duval was also dominated by all three heels. Demente held Estrellita as the other two gave her dropkicks. The heels triple teamed Estrellita and then Apache as well. Janeth and Tifanny went to suplex Apache but Apache countered with a double DDT of sorts. Estrellita double clotheslined Tifanny and Janeth. Estrellita gave Demente a dropkick and a couple armdrags. Estrellita dropkicked Demente. A comedy spot took place where Estrellita took Demente’s doll and tossed it to the ref, who tossed the doll back to Estrellita, who threw it to someone in the front row. Demente grabbed the doll and swung wildly at some of the front row fans. Apache overcame a double team effort to give Janeth an armdrag and Tifanny a headscissors in the same move. The heels’ double team efforts repeatedly backfired and Apache armdragged all three opponents. Apache backdropped Demente to the apron but Demente landed on her feet and grabbed Apache. Tifanny dropkicked Demente when Apache moved. Demente dragged Apache to the floor and Tifanny took them both out with a somersault tope suicida. Janeth hit a top rope dropkick on Estrellita and dropkicked her, but then charged at Estrellita who moved and Janeth sailed through the ropes. Duval hit a plancha on Janeth and Estrellita hit a Garza-like corkscrew plancha on Janeth and Tifanny. Demente grabbed her doll but Apache took it and a chase ensued. After some interference from her teammates Demente gave Apache la magistral for the pin at 9:01. A somewhat sloppy and unfocused match, but it had its entertaining moments. These women appeared to be more athletic than the WWF women and could do more complicated moves and sequences. Definitely not the best AAA women’s match, though. *1/4
6. UWA Light Heavyweight Title, One Fall: Electroshock (c) w/Psicosis vs El Zorro w/Lady Apache
Zorro got the better of Electroshock early. Electroshock did a monkey flip but Zorro landed on his feet . Zorro moved out of the way of an elbowsmash but both men then missed moves. Zorro dropkicked Electroshock out of the ring and took out both Electroshock and Psicosis with a somersault plancha. Psicosis hit Zorro with a kendo stick as did Electroshock. Electroshock gave Zorro a top rope huracanrana for a near fall and rolled him up for another near fall. Zorro rolled up Electroshock for a near fall of his own. Zorro gave Electroshock a huracanrana for a near fall as the ref made a slow count, which made apparent a corrupt ref storyline. Electroshock gained a near fall with a much faster count and when Zorro rolled him up, the ref was much slower to count. Zorro gained another near fall with a slow count with a backslide on Electroshock. Electroshock German suplexed Zorro for a near fall and applied a submission hold of sorts. Zorro fought back but Psicosis interfered and hit him with the kendo stick again. Electroshock then gave Zorro a sharp hit with the kendo stick and dropkicked him out of the ring. Psicosis attacked Zorro with the kendo stick on the floor and Electroshock gave Apache a baseball slide kick. Electroshock slammed Zorro and hit him again with the kendo stick as Tifanny walked to ringside. Tifanny confronted Electroshock in the ring but he shoved her. Tifanny shoved back but Electroshock slapped her, then she kicked him low in return. Tifanny also knocked Psicosis to the floor by hitting him with the kendo stick. She placed Zorro on Electroshock but the ref refused to make the count. She then hit the ref with the stick. The ref hit Tifanny but Tirantes (longtime heel ref) came out and clotheslined him. Tirantes raised Zorro’s arm and a fight broke out between the two refs. Apparently Zorro won the match via DQ but not the title after about 9 minutes. The match had its moments, but overall a lackluster title match. The work was either unfocused, uninspired, or both. Clearly Zorro and Electroshock are good athletes, but clearly didn’t work to their physical potential here. *1/2
