Kakihara kicked the crap out of Ogawa as footage began. Kakihara missed a kick when Ogawa moved and his leg hit the ringpost hard. Ogawa countered a German suplex but missed an enzuguiri and Kakihara held onto his leg and applied an ankle lock. Given what aired, this was a super match, **** or slightly better, with some incredible hybrid puroresu-shoot spots towards the finish.
