Hi Jody, nice to hear from you aww sorry to hear about the
feeling faint etc. I just went to the Dr myself for the same feeling, feeling
dizzy and really relaxed as if I am going to black out. I requested a full
blood work especially on my red blood cells as it could be anemiea whoever it's
spelt lol.
I have felt dizzy on/off for over a month. I said it's when
I move my neck slightly to the side or bend it forward to read etc.
DX was called Vaso Vagal Attacks. The main artery in my neck
which sends the blood to the head area gets blocked as I move my neck, which
causes my blood preassure to drop real low that I get dizzy and feel faint. I
guess I am lucky I sit in my wheelchair all day and if I did black out I
wouldn't hurt myself. But for those standing you have to be careful. It has
happened to me when in the shower and feeling stressed and under pressure too
and I noticed I felt like this playing wheelchair soccer. I was told heat can
also create this attack to happen for some reason.
Ask your Dr if it's Vasovagal attacks.
Get your BP checked too cause it could be that.
Good luck and hope things get sorted and you find what is
causing the probs.

Hello again everyone! I've missed all the purkleness!!!
*plunks down onto the couch*
I'm sorry I've away for so long! The last few weeks have
been EXTREMELY busy for me! First, I got a new job. Supposed to be just casual
work, but I ended up working 3-4 times per week. Loving the money though!
Then I started passing out (fainting) for no reason. My
doctor has pretty much taken ALL my blood and tested, and can't find anything,
so now I have to wear a ECG Heart Monitor for a week, and press a button on it
when I feel sick. I've passed out twice since getting the monitor, but the
cardiologist hasn't been able to pick anything abnormal up, so it looks like I
might have to go into hospital for lots of brain and heart tests.
Its got me REALLY worried, especially about tumours. I mean,
what would cause me to just pass out if its not a tumour? I'm probably being
overly dramatic, but I suppose its best to prepare for the worst, because that
way I won't be surprised.
Anyway, I'll check in whenever possible, between doctors
appointments and saying hi to the floor. Its probably just a side effect of
being away from the couch for too long!

as... well... freaky as Mötley Crüe. O_o And it's not the same kind of

that each member of SNS is supposed to resemble. (I don't think anyone from

Well, I do not know for sure how to go about explaining why
this is a "Something Else Kind of Week", except to say that it has
been extremely fun and surprising and sad and surprising all rolled into a few
short days. On Thursday when I found out about member of the Week, I was very
flattered and excited and the past few days playing with my new pet
Gigglybipper and especially painting her was quite a treat.
Well, in the meantime, as some of you know Thursday and
Friday is my weekend, and as others know my chronically ill mom and myself and
my kids have shared a house for the past year plus.
When it was time to leave for work this morning, I was very
concerned because my mom just had not been feeling well (less well than the
usual not well), and I sort of guilted my fiancee into staying home today as
opposed to a side job he had scheduled, because of the uncertainty, and my
feeling there might be an emergency.
When I called home on my break, I found out my mom had been
transported to the nearest hospital so I left work, and went straight there,
only to find that my mom was already gone, as in not of this world any longer.
Sorry if I am rambling, just wanted to curl up on the Purkle
Couch among friends and maybe see if any one could spare a shoulder to sigh on.

I can't get the wheel of monotony to work. I keep getting
Database Error. Man, that's not nice. I think while it's monotonous, it's my
favourite wheel so far. I've gotten so many great things from it. Yesterday I
got a Mag Codestone, have gotten posters, and books, a zed codestone, faerie abilities,
lottery tickets, the avatar, and even a Mazzew. I wanna spin!
Anyhow, off to do dailies and work on the business web page

don't end when someone gets the right answer. The Pixie Puzzles, for example,
pick the lucky ones from all the correct entries. Everyone who enters gets
something, either one of that week's puzzle packages (which are displayed on
the puzzle page) or a free gift for playing. Pixie Puzzles can be found here:

The Trivia Fun is usually posted on the message board.
Again, all correct entries have a chance, and the reward is credit in the

But, to be more specific, there are many activities you can
participate in with a guild! Here at Purkle Couch we have weekly mindbenders
like Trivia, Pixie Puzzles, Music Madness, etc. These events are usually posted
on the board. In addition, there are also many helpful services available for
the Neopian in need. The Purkle Faeries will help you if you have a random
faerie quest, wishlist, or collection, and will even send you something special
on your birthday! And finally, the friendly fellow Purkles are always willing
to help or give advice if needed. Just watch your head: sometimes they-- not
me, of course -- take the notion to hurl
various gross items around the couch...
Now, please excuse, I'm a little hyper this morning! *runs off to find the most foul-tasting bar
of soap on the market*

Not only do I sing the theme song to "Toys 'R Us"
every day when I get up, I truly believe they wrote the song about me. You would think I had children of my own with
all the toys and stuffed animals in my house. And after the Neopets Happy Meals
start next week, it will only get worse.
Thanks to everyone who sent me purple items for my gallery -
that was really sweet of you. Now to play enough games to increase the gallery
size!

Kacheek!! I have three disco pets (Kau, Zafara and Grarrl) on my
guinans_gallery account. I'm so tempted
to make one more pet Disco and put them there too. Its my lab ray account
though so it would mean not using it anymore but the way its been behaving its
very tempting!!
LOL fawN I don't think I'll ever get Andrew to play games so
you did well getting Jason to play them for a while. I think he'd rather sit
and watch his HDD defrag before he'd play Neo but I can only try!!
I missed the Neopian Philharmonic dali I was just too slow
to get there and it sold out

I can't sleep and thought I would try my hand at deadly
dice. My pet got raised two levels but no avatar I got this new one though
We are visiting my in laws and everytime I come in I have
sinus and allergy problems. I take a Claritin D and it clears it up but I
usually can only sleep a few hours and then I am wide awake Oh well gave me a chance to play a new game.
Off to try and play some games. My mum-in-law has dial up
and I am spoiled on dsl lol

MOTW Enjoy being pampered and spoiled.
