Hmm...why I like Sailor Moon...that's a good one. The first Sailor Moon episode that I EVER saw was the one where Lita shows off her ice skating skills in the R Season and skates with Janelle's partner Misha making her jealous! Love that episode! Being a little girl at that time of course I was entranced by the magical girls and soon began aspiring to be them! I even tried putting my hair into odangos (SM's famous hair-do). Now that I look back and ask myself why I like Sailor Moon there are a few different reasons. First, it is a very positive show, however girly it may seem, that works to inspire people to be who they are. It explores a wide assortment of people who are different yet special in their own way. I love the "Sailor Moon Says" bits at the end of some of the shows. They contain simple, and obvious, yet good morals that everyone should live by. Besides all of that mushy stuff it is one of the most entertaining shows I have ever watched. How can Serena falling over and wailing like a baby not bring even a tiny smile to your face? Or how 'bout that look on her face when she finds Rini in her bed? Hilarious!
